Holiday rentals with a pool in Saint-Marcel-sur-Aude

A lovely property in a beautiful, tranquil location. The house was clean and comfortable with air conditioning in every room - a real bonus in soaring temperatures. The outside space is a short walk away from the house with a shady pergola and a nice swimming pool. Helene was on hand if we needed anything but the house felt private. The area is beautiful with medieval villages and castles within a short drive. Excellent value for money too.

The villa is on the edge of Somail, very very quiet place 3min from the Canal du Midi. The villa is amazing! It looked even smaller in the photos while there is a very large volume. Well arranged with a separation between the sleeping area of the 4 bedrooms (which each have their own bathroom/wc) and the living room. All rooms are air-conditioned. The outdoor area with a pool is great. No opposite and the pool is sunny almost all day! (That's cleaned 2 times a week) We were lucky to have had no mosquitoes too while a little further, there were a lot closer to the Canal du Midi. Lily and her mother who hosted us were nice, helpful and very responsive. If we really had to make a complaint, but it's the only one. The BBQ grills were dirty when we arrived and we were unable to remove all the dirt. I would 100% recommend!! It was a great time with the family!

Wow, what an incredible peaceful location. The house was absolutely stunning. To see Peacocks go to bed each night roosting in the trees is a memory. Julie and Cedric are lovely hosts, thank you! I cannot recommend this property enough. The house has all the amenities you will need for your stay. Just a wow moment when you first see the house. We will definitely be back!

We felt right at home in Anat's beautiful house. The space was airy and very comfortable, perfect for cooking and relaxing with our family. The outdoor space was gorgeous with a refreshing pool and seating options for shade or sun! Just 10 minutes by car outside of Narbonne center and very close to other areas around the city. Marianne, Anat's daughter was very helpful with offering info on where to go and checking in to see how we were doing. We were so sad to leave and would definitely come back again!!!

Anne’s place is spacious and well equipped. The pool is a nice bonus. The area is very peaceful and we were well rested. It is a great base for exploring the Corbières wine region & Chateau. We had a lovely stay. Anne & Jacques were very friendly, helpful and welcoming hosts.

Thanks to Isabelle, we were able to share beautiful family moments. What riches to discover in this beautiful region!

The property is huge, very peaceful. The kitchen has got a lot of utensils and crockery. Bathrooms are big, clean and modern (water pressure could be better though). The location is great, a few minutes walk to local amenities (bakery, supermarket, restaurants). we really enjoyed our stay there and would gladly come back. The heated pool was appreciated. The barbecue is great.

Gregory's villa is really great. We were able to enjoy a long, quiet weekend. The villa is also very well located and we discovered Narbonne and the surrounding villages with stars in our eyes! Gregory made himself very available, which was very nice. He's a really welcoming host. Thank you so much!

Communication with Helene was as good as it gets. She met us at the apartment and made sure we were settled in. She got back to us immediately when we had small issues or questions. And she met us upon checkout to make sure that went smoothly. The space is a bit smaller than expected, though I believe the size was stated exactly in the listing. It was incredibly clean and had everything we could need. And the balcony was nicer and had a better view of the saltmarsh than we expected. The bed was very comfortable and everything in the apartment worked well. The location, while not right by anything you would want to visit, is centrally located for all the things you might want to visit. Having the bikes completely made the trip and made accessing all areas, including the town, the beaches, and the saltmarsh, easy and pleasurable.

We had a great stay in Carcassonne. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable. Sabine is very friendly and welcomed us warmly by giving us good tips for visiting the city.

A great apartment, really well-equipped and very comfortable. Emilie is very responsive and very present when you need her! She responds very quickly despite her professional obligations and knows how to solve small problems while being very discreet! There is a great park for children nearby, enough to fill the fridge in a few minutes, the parking lot of the city and the lake less than 10 min. No hassle to park, the apartment has its own parking space, and after a long journey we found a good coffee and small sweets to refresh ourselves! In short... we'll be back!!!

Well received, I recommend this accommodation because it is well located and furnished. Clean, quiet place met my expectations. Beautiful swimming pool and beach nearby. Will happily go back.

Lovely apartment. Aircon in each room and shutter blinds which was great as it was 38° on our first day. Couple who greeted us were lovely. No English but managed to show us around no problem. would highly recommend.

If you wanting one of the great views you will find on Airbnb, don’t read any more of this review. Just book Jean’s place to stay and let the tapestry of harbour life play out before you. You won’t regret it. This is a wonderful place, homely with everything you could need for a stay. Clear instructions from Jean, a glorious welcome from Michele and the knowledge that support is always at hand make this a must-stay place, whether you want to explore the local area or just sit and watch the world go by. We will be looking to book again in the coming years and it has immediately gone to the top of our places to stay in, not only Cap d’Agde but possibly the whole region.

We had a wonderful week at Anjna & Michel's. They are very welcoming and think of everything (even fruit, pasta and welcome wine). Their house is amazing and tastefully decorated. We also enjoyed the beautiful garden, the reception room where we had breakfast, and the small heated pool. The apartment is very well-equipped. If we ever return to the area, we will definitely choose to return to Anjna & Michel's.

Thank you for a great time in this luxurious home. Comfort , tranquility and change of scenery in the middle of the vineyards have conquered us. Our host was very welcoming and available for any questions we may have. Great stay , unforgettable! To be repeated without hesitation

Very well-equipped house, very well-located, quiet. Premium Amenities. Good value for money. Friendly and attentive rental agency. We were there for 3 days at 10, and it was really great.

Everything was as described, We have really enjoyed our stay. We do recommend this place and the area in general.
