We had a great time at this place. Everything was impeccable when we arrived: the apartment was impeccably clean, perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated. The real highlight is the magnificent view of Lake Annecy, which can be admired from the accommodation. The place is very quiet, ideal for relaxing after a day of walks or activities around the lake. We also really appreciated the responsiveness and kindness of the host, who did everything to make our stay as good as possible. High-quality accommodation in an exceptional environment. We will be back with pleasure and recommend this accommodation without hesitation!

Convenient location to reach every destination, quiet and peaceful, perfect space for our dogs. Newly renovated apartment, sleeping area a little cramped and extremely small bathroom sink.

We enjoyed a great stay at Marilyne's condo. The location is excellent, a very short drive to the little village of Taillores or in the other direction easy access to Annecy. The unit looks better than the pictures, very clean, modern, with a great amount of space and two terraces, one with a beautiful view. Traveling with family the comfortable bedrooms each with a bathroom was appreciated along with the washer and dryer. Marilyne is friendly and easy to communicate with, she was very responsive to any questions we had. We would love to stay here again. Great host and great condo for families or small groups. You will not be disappointed!

We stayed at Les Magnolias for three nights, and we would definitely stay there again. We loved the open space in the apartment, found it very well furnished with everything we could need, and really appreciated the proactive communication and restaurant recommendations from the hosts. We particularly loved the apartment's location - it was really close to walk everywhere but not on a super busy block.

A big thank you to you Anne-Laure for your sympathy, your responsiveness and your hospitality. Spending these 3 nights in your accommodation was a real pleasure, it's beautiful, it's clean and you feel good there. Your flexibility and kindness also made our stay even more serene. Our stay went perfectly smoothly. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very functional. Elysium and Co was very responsive and adapted to our time constraints regarding our arrival. We highly recommend this accommodation, and will come back if we return to the area.

I will come back without hesitation, certainly the only negative point of the stay and even in winter there is the pellet stove... She even offered flexibility on departure times, which is very nice. Very good exposure of the apartment, well arranged and comfortable and quiet. The essential kitchen side is there, of quality and above all the modern and easy to use equipment. Perfect accommodation for an extended weekend. Only 10 minutes from the train station, directly in the pedestrian zone and 5 minutes from the lake and the chateau. very clean and everything you need is there. Small minus point, under 2 bedrooms there is a bar, whose music (bass) can disturb sleep.

The location of Lucie's apartment is perfect for exploring the city and lake, and proximity to all the restaurants. Plus parking in the building in the center of Old Town. Lucie was a very responsive, flexible and communicative host, and met us to orient us to the apartment. Very clean apartment and aligned with the photos on line. We'd definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved Anna & Pierre's place, it was such a treat waking up to that view every morning and it was even better than the photos. Anna gave us loads of recommendations before we arrived and check in / check out was seamless. The area was so peaceful and we had a great night's sleep as the curtains made it very dark at night. We hired a car and drove around the lake, which was a particular highlight. Can't recommend this place enough!! Hope to be back one day :)

We had a lovely stay at Corinne's apartment - It was cozy and had everything that we needed for our stay. The location is about a 10 minutes walk away from the city centre and was very convenient to get around. The neighbourhood is peaceful and walkable from the train station. Check in and check out was efficient and quick too! Do note that this apartment is on a higher floor, so you will need to carry up your luggage.

We had a great week at this Airbnb. The accommodation was very functional and very pleasant. The location is ideal for a quiet stay with easy access to the city. Maud is a very responsive host.

Very nice location. We had the pleasure of having snow and enjoyed the beautiful landscape. the bedding is comfortable and the area quiet .

The place was absolutely wonderful! It was very peaceful and quiet. The town was walkable. Laurence was kind enough to offer transportation whenever we needed it and she helped us navigate the French train system and setting up restaurant reservations. The place was very clean. The hot tub and sauna were nice as well and very private! She made the experience of being in France very authentic; she definitely went above and beyond a typical AirBNB host.

My daughter and I totally enjoyed our 5 night stay at Camille's place in Annecy. it is perfect for 2 people. Close to town. Annecy and surrounds are very beautiful. TBA The car parking on site was secure and great to have. The parking is initially a little tricky to navigate, but you soon get used to it. Just take it slowly! When I informed Camille that the coffee machine was faulty, she provided an immediate remedy. The apartment is on the ground floor, and has two skylights, but no other windows. The skylights can be opened for fresh air, but seem to close automatically if any rain is imminent. Lots of lovely restaurants around with excellent local food and wine - all within easy walking distance. The lake is wonderful for swimming. It is a good 3hr cycle ride ( 40km) to ride around. That was a highlight of our stay. Also visits to Lac Bourget and La Clusaz in the mountains. We highly recommend a visit to Annecy and Camille's apartment is a perfect place for two.

A beautiful experience, a responsive and accommodating hotel, comfortable and peaceful accommodation... everything you need to have a beautiful stay in this beautiful corner of France. The location of the accommodation was ideal for getting to the starting point of the Annecy trail. I highly recommend this place!

we had a very good stay in Claire and Adrien's accommodation, tastefully decorated accommodation, excellent bedding, the spa bath really a plus after busy days of sightseeing. The only small negative point, if we can say that it is one, is that we would have preferred a dishwasher instead of a washing machine. but it is with great pleasure that we will recommend this accommodation.

Great people to deal with. Unfortunately we weren't able to stay due to an issue at our end but I would highly recommend based on their communication and helpfulness
