Our stay at Cyril's was perfect. He was always very responsive, and the explanations regarding our arrival were very clear. The accommodation is very beautiful, very well-equipped and perfectly matched the description. Cyril allowed us to leave later than scheduled so we could fully enjoy our last day. Thanks again!

Evelyne was wonderfully welcoming, helpful and provided lots of useful information. The rooms were spacious, the beds a decent size and the kitchen well equipped. Beautiful countryside and a lovely walk into St Emilion.

My family & I have just spent a perfect week at La Closerie and we all wholeheartedly echo all that was written in the very first review (March 25). There is, quite simply, nothing negative to say. Marilyne & Jeremy were the perfect hosts who could not have made us feel more welcome. Marilyne told us that their dream was to create a space where several generations of the same family could gather and create beautiful memories and, my goodness, they have achieved their dream! We truly could not have enjoyed our stay more. Blessed with beautiful weather, we spent the majority of the week enjoying time in the garden, be it by the pool, long lunches and evening meals around the table, or just marvelling at the rolling hills that surround the property. Marilyne and Jeremy write about La Closerie being a haven of peace; a refuge where one will find rest and relaxation and this is absolutely the case. Each member of my family sincerely hopes to return one day… A very special stay indeed…

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome by Andrew and Nicki. The property is spectacular, offering views over the stunning surrounding vineyards. The windmill has been renovated to a high standard, with a sophisticated and high quality finish to appliances and furniture . All amenities have been well considered and thought out, creating a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend tasing the selected wines on offer in the property! A truly magical stay! We had the most wonderful time at this charming Airbnb in Gers. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home — the space is incredibly cozy and warm, with thoughtful touches everywhere. The hosts were absolute gems: kind, welcoming, and attentive without ever being intrusive. The swimming pool was such a treat, especially with the stunning countryside as a backdrop. There was absolutely everything we needed — the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking proper meals, and to top it all off, there was a bathtub right in the bedroom! Talk about luxury. We stayed here with our 2 young children and it was the ideal playground for them. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with comfort, character, and hosts who truly care, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

Probably the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Diana and her husband Steve were dream hosts – so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Even prior to my trip, Diana offered day-trip suggestions, which helped me explore the beautiful Bordeaux countryside in which their delightful chateau and vineyard are located. The unique guest apartment (attached to the main house) is spacious, spotless, and super comfortable. I appreciated all the special touches: the sweet welcome note, robe and slippers, breakfast basket with fresh croissant and jam, informative and entertaining wine tour conducted by Steve, and – the best of all – a sampling of their own Bordeaux red and white wines. Delicious!! If you have an appreciation for good wine, history, the contemplative life, and genuine people this is the place for you. I would return Chateau La Corne in a heartbeat and give Diana and Steve my highest recommendation!

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Marine and Christian's. The grounds are beautiful, with a secluded pool and animals everywhere. We had everything we needed in the house and really appreciated the extra touches - hot tub, on-site massages and horse riding. Christian and Marine were warm and incredibly accommodating. Thank you!
