Renovated house (120m²) in pretty hamlet of St Marcel, close to ski slopes: St Martin de Belleville (2km), Menuires (6.5km), free shuttles from the hamlet in winter and summer (St Martin de Belleville / Val Thorens circuit). Pretty walks from the village, close to the shrine of Notre Dame de la Vie (visible from the house), the site of the Moulin de Burdin (20mn walk). Spacious rooms (Living room-35m ², kitchen-13m ², bedrooms-13 to 16m²), bright. Very nice view of the valley.

-In the 3 Vallées, in the Belleville (Val Thorens/Les Menuires), in a charming little village, rent 2-room 42 m2 apartment, located in a detached house on the ground floor. - Fully equipped kitchen-living room (dishwasher, microwave, TV...) 1 bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 single bed + 1 sofa bed in the living room, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 separate toilet. - Free private parking. Very quiet and relaxing place. - A security deposit of €400 will be required.

We also leave essentials (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee, sugar, tea...) A bike or motorcycle, no worries! Possibility of a lockable shelter.

My accommodation is close to Vanoise Park with a beautiful view of the mountains of the Maurienne Valley. You will also appreciate it for its calm, its outdoor spaces, for cyclists its location near the mythical passes of the Tour de France (Galibier, Madeleine, Croix de Fer...) for skiers and hikers 5 km from the winter/summer resort of Les Karellis. My place is good for couples, solo travelers.
