Cette cabane a son coin de forêt, vous êtes coupés du reste du monde. Déconnexion totale à quelques pas de la rivière, laissez vos envies vous guider durant votre séjour. La cabane est composée d'une chambre à l'étage avec un lit, en bas une pièce qui donne sur une terrasse qui vous permet de plein pied d'accéder à votre bain nordique. La douche est à l'extérieur, sous un tipi de bambou. Panier repas (30€ p/p) ou planche charcuterie fromage (24€) possibles le soir (commande 48h à l’avance)

Bright 70 m² loft studio, 20 min from the Landes beaches, in a calm, green setting. This brand-new space under the eaves is designed for relaxing. On the upper floor of our wooden passive house, light-filled with its glass wall, it has exclusive access to a 30 m² rooftop terrace for lunch or sunbathing. Five zones: sleeping area (king bed), lounge with Apple TV, iTunes & Netflix, library, kitchen-diner, and shower room with WC and washer/dryer. Ideal for a couple!

Designed for 6 people, the KindaHouse is a modern house of 70 m2 in Seignosse (South West of France) with a garden that overlooks a nice wooded park, quiet even in the middle of summer. KindaHouse is close to the beach Seignosse les Bourdaines (renowned surf spot) in the Landes, just 5 minutes from Hossegor. It is just behind the dune, 200 metres from the beach on one side and the pine forest on the other and close to the Le Tube concert hall.

"LE CŒUR DE XANET" CABIN

The "Le coeur de XANET" tree house, a unique, artisanal, fully insulated design, made by a local carpenter. We designed this property to offer you a break, a moment out of time. The wood offers all the exoticism you need. You will find all the comforts you want, in a "cabin spirit". Lots of light thanks to its many openings, facing the forest and the orchard. And we've also provided a private HOT TUB, for total relaxation!!
