You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Our house is close to leisure bases: 20 minutes from Gresse en vercors ski resort in winter and 10 minutes from Monteynard Lake in summer, medium mountain, hikes, mountain biking, lounging... You will appreciate our house for the location in a pretty village in the Trièves, people, atmosphere, outdoor spaces (11 m by 6 m swimming pool, large garden, playground, bbq...). Small cooperative and organic grocery store. Our house is perfect for families (with kids) and groups.

It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines!
