Le Rayot est un Manoir du 17e Siècle, situé au cœur de 5ha de jardins, forêt, champs, au sommet d'une colline avec très jolie vue. En été, jeux et repas en plein air au bord de la piscine au sel et au pool house. En hiver, soirées au coin du feu. Aux alentours, superbes balades dans la campagne et les vignobles. Un havre de tranquillité à 10min de La Réole et des bastides de Monségur (marchés nocturnes, célèbre festival jazz) et Sauveterre-de-Guyenne.

The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.
