Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Martin-de-Ré

Stunning. The location is simply superb, utterly private with the most stupendous view of the sea and, at low tide, the beach below the house. The grounds are extensive with several places where one can sit and contemplate the sea and watch the sunset. The house itself is equally superb. Comfortable, beautifully designed, spacious and with a lovely ambiance. The kitchen is one the best equipped we have ever encountered in a holiday rental. The location, just 10-15 minutes walk to the main square of La Noue, with its daily market, excellent butcher & fromagerie, the fishmonger, the boulangerie and winemongers, is excellent, too. We loved every moment and would love to come back. Oh and did I mention the ping pong table?

The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

Beautiful and spacious house in very central location in Le Bois, close to the market, shops etc. Very well equipped kitchen. Lovely courtyard garden. Our party of 6 adults had a most enjoyable stay, enjoying both cooking and eating delicious local produce at home and going out to local restaurants.

We had a great Christmas week in this warm and tidy house. Everything is practical and efficient. Lots of taste and charm in this house. We really enjoyed the fireplace during the period The exchanges were fluid and pleasant I highly recommend it. We had a great time at this lovely house. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated, has a lovely garden, and is very quiet and private. The welcome was very nice and an added bonus was generously allowing our children to play with some beach toys stored at the house. The house is five minutes from an excellent bakery, pizza place and bar / cafe and ten minutes walk from a lovely beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The description is completely in line with reality and the welcome is managed efficiently, allowing you to make the most of a great holiday. Contact with the owners is easy and pleasant, we recommend without hesitation!

Nice rental in La Flotte, quiet, charming decoration, pleasant patio-garden. La Flotte city center is within walking distance, with its excellent market and lively port.

This is a great place to stay in La Rochelle! The place is lovely, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Perfect for a couple. The location, in the historical part of La Rochelle, is close to everything : restaurants, grocery stores, shops and waterfront. Impeccable for 3 days and 2 nights with arrival at the port by boat. Exactly what we were looking for. Small, nice terrace for aperitif, spacious and pleasant old accommodation. Well-equipped for 6. We'll be happy to go back.

Perfectly located appartment, and the garage is a huge advantage. Very nice place to stay at, close to everything, and easy to get in/out. I would not recommended it if you have small kids. There is some safety issues like the stairs, windows, plugs, and furniture that can fall.

Incredible house for a family reunion, there is all the desired equipment. It was happiness! Fully equipped for children. Bedding kit quite expensive to rent because not provided (€28 per person), but we brought our own linen so no problem for us :) It was a great stay thanks to this dream house!

Lovely spacious house in quiet location with beautiful garden. La Flotte (centre and port) is walkable and there is parking in front of the house. The wifi is not very good but we had a wonderful time.

We loved the house... incredible location close to the sea and the centre of La Flotte, but away from the noise and bustle. The house sits in the middle of its own walled garden, safe for pets and very, very private. Lots of space to park 2/3 cars as well though the little road to the house is quite narrow. Our mini fitted fine! Audrey and Catherine were super responsive too. Thank you La Flotte for a wonderful holiday!

Beautiful, large, well laid out and tastefully decorated house. Terrace with a very pleasant reclosable pool. Close to the center of Ars. We had a great week there with 9 people.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house - which is so quiet and private on the beautiful beach but close to lots of great areas on île de re! It is a great location to explore from and to rest at after a busy day!

Beautiful place located a short walk from the beach of Plaisance! A great sandy beach to enjoy pleasant moments! We found in Romain's house and his companion everything we expected: the calm of a large garden under the pine trees, a house in which we knew right away that our stay would be great, the characteristic smells of the seaside...!!! Finally, Romain is very responsive, attentive, and will be good advice to tell you where to treat! Really a great week, we will come back without a problem!!!
