The detached house has been renovated and is surrounded by a garden of approximately 2500 m2, with lots of privacy, fantastic views and from June to September with a large 7.32 m-3.66 m) above-ground swimming pool. The house is equipped with modern conveniences and is ideal as a family home for a holiday in and around the house or as base to discover Burgundy.

Cottage at the edge of the woods

Small chalet in the heart of the Morvan Natural Park. Located on the edge of a small hamlet close to all shops and surrounded by many hiking trails. Please note: We have just created a second cottage for 2 people at the back of the garden (see photos). It is separated from the cottage by a small stream and a fence. Access to this cottage and its outdoor area is on the forest side: therefore, the two cottages are completely independent, and there are no neighbors overlooking them.

Gîte - The little house

Located at the gates of the Morvan, near Vézelay, in the hamlet of Flez in Neuffontaines, the gîte "La petite maison" and its garden have a unique unobstructed view of the Nièvre valleys. Warm and friendly, the house has a living room with fireplace with a wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (shower, toilet and sink), 2 bedrooms (one bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double bed and one bedroom upstairs with 1 double bed and 1 single bed) and a small veranda.

During the day, enjoy its memorable view between the forest and the fields. At night, you can admire the Milky Way, classified as an International Starlight Reserve. If you want to reconnect with nature and the very essence of serenity, you are in the right place. Cows, foxes, birds, and deer may be your neighbors depending on the time of year.

From this perfectly located home base, everything is within reach. On the edge of the lively village of Lormes is this fine house with a lovely walled garden that offers a lot of privacy and has a beautiful view of the church and beautiful sunsets. Within walking distance are bakery, butcher, galleries, terraces, restaurants and lovely hiking area. The Morvan is characterized by many forests, lakes and beautiful small villages, green country roads with beautiful views.

The cottage is an old house completely renovated in 2019 with a terrace that offers a beautiful view of the Morvan. It is located very close to Lake Crescent and Chastellux Castle, a few kilometers from Vézelay, Avallon, Bazoches. Our region lends itself to hiking, cycling or horseback riding in unspoiled nature and allows fishing or swimming enthusiasts to indulge in their favorite pastime. La Bascule is a hamlet of Chastellux, located between Avallon and Lormes.
