The name, “Le Viron”, means a short stroll. This attractive family house, in the heart of the Côte Roannaise wine-growing region (part of the Route des Vins), is perfectly located for exploring the wider area, or simply for relaxing in authentic surroundings. The outside grounds can be enjoyed as soon as Spring makes its presence felt. Guests can also make full use of the barn*, now converted into a games room with table football, darts and more - perfect for the long summer evenings.

Le Petit Prince Gite, Puy-de-Dôme, Loire, Auvergne

Charming cottage in stone, wood and tiles, located in the countryside at an altitude of 700 m and easy to reach from the A89. Breathtaking views of the countryside and the Forez Mountains… Gite located on a 1 hectare plot, surrounded by animals: cows, donkeys, sheep, goats. "Gite du Petit Prince" with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a 30 m2 living room, a beautiful wooden terrace and a large garden. (max. 4 pers) heated and secure pool. (May to October approximately, depending on the weather)

Simplify your life in this peaceful, central space. Just a few minutes' walk to shops You also have two nearby parking lots about 50 m from the property, which are completely free. At your disposal, you will have an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Senseo machine, and kettle (coffee pods, herbal teas, and tea available). In the shower, you will find shampoo, shower gel, and towels. For bedding, everything is provided. All of this is available to make your stay more enjoyable.

This small maisonette is located in the heart of our farm, and can accommodate 2 to 4 people (sofa bed in the main room). A narrow staircase leads to the small bedroom Our accommodation is located in Saint Julien d'Oddes, a small town located 2.5 km from Saint Germain Laval, where you will find all the shops you need. The apartment is less than 10 minutes from the A89/A72 toll (1 hour from Lyon/Clermont-Ferrand, 30 minutes from Saint-Étienne, 25 minutes from Roanne)

The house is a recently built and welcoming chalet. You will enjoy a region ideal for hiking or discovering a rich local heritage. Located in a peaceful hamlet, you will be welcomed by Sam and Krisha, our friends and English neighbors. At 10 minutes from the highway (A89), between Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand, the house can welcome 4 adults or a family with two children properly.
