Overall good stay, good communication, Laurence is at your disposal and responsive, the only problem with the stairs to go up to the second floor a little steep for people of a certain age, a second ramp will be welcome. To visit the fort of Saint AGNES, I recommend the restaurant Le Saint YVES welcome and catering.

A wonderful stay in the perfect apartment! This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Meeting Marco in person at the property for a short induction was excellent. The apartment is exactly as shown in the listing, and the terrace is simply wonderful; we spent most of our time there, eating, chatting and playing board games. The views over the mountains and the rooftops of Menton were great. The apartment's location is perfect: the beach is across the road, there are several supermarkets (including Aldi) within easy walking distance, and great restaurants by the sea or in the town centre are within comfortable strolling distance. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. Beach towels, chairs and parasols were a very welcome addition, and the kitchen and utility room were extremely well equipped. The showers were the best we've ever had in an Airbnb. We can highly recommend this apartment, and Marco is an outstanding host!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath provides a nice stay & it’s right on the water. Whats better than waking up to the sound of the ocean? It’s very convenient as you’re right in town but Villefranche can get busy in summer so the only downside is kids partying on the beach late at night. Sonia the manager is fast & responsive if you have special requests or need help. The train is 4 minute walk from apt. & a little red bus picks up outside near Espuma restaurant so no need to have a car. All in all, a great stay.

We had a great time at Alexandra's place. It was clean, in a quiet neighbourhood, and she was really welcoming.

Overall, a clear recommendation for this accommodation! Great location to explore the Côte d'Azur and very nice host. The view from the terrace is really very nice, only the adjacent street is a bit noisy - but otherwise not disturbing. Unfortunately, a later check out did not work, otherwise everything was wonderful.

Very Nice House and great host.

We had a wonderful week at this lovely house! We worked remotely during our stay, and it was absolutely perfect for it — calm, comfortable, and well-equipped for home office needs. The house is thoughtfully designed, with great attention to detail, which made us feel right at home. Its location is just right — peaceful, yet close enough to everything we needed. The nearby town is charming and full of character, with cozy cafés and friendly locals. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return!

We stayed, with our group of friends, for a weekend in Olessia's house and we had a great time... the house located above the coast of Menton enjoys a breathtaking view... the rooms are well maintained and all air-conditioned... we took full advantage of the swimming pool overlooking the sea. The host was very welcoming and greeted us in person. We recommend everyone to try this apartment

This Airbnb is stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. Every room has a balcony or court yard with beautiful views. It is so picturesque. The place was clean and we felt very safe, we really enjoyed our stay. Downstairs has a great living area to hang out as a group, with a great view. All rooms have a bathroom. It was the perfect stay! We felt so lucky to stay here! Helena was the perfect host, she was so responsive!!

We enjoyed our stay with Audrey and Rocher. The apartment was very comfortable and well furnished. Audrey has prepared everything very thoughtfully and tastefully. Particularly worthy of mention is the beautiful garden with a very clean pool and many different seating and lounging areas. It was a wonderful and quiet place to enjoy and recover. Aurélie is a great host, very welcoming, responsive and flexible. The accommodation offered is a superb contemporary house, offering magnificent views throughout the bay of Nice. The house offers a comfortable layout to stay in. A pretty wooded lot, swimming pool and several terraces allow everyone to find their haven of tranquility.

Staying at Celine's Airbnb was an absolute delight from start to finish! From the moment we booked, Celine's communication was warm, prompt, and incredibly helpful, making us feel welcome before we even arrived. The location was also perfect for our needs, offering. The room is on the first floor, and it is very convenient to go there with large luggage.The room is small but fully furnished.The host responds quickly, but the internet company needs to do maintenance, and the internet is not good.The location of the room is very close to the railway, very convenient!

A very nice apartment- wonderful balcony with sea view, great location close to the sea and the port. We enjoyed a lot our stay and would be glad to come back again :-)

The apartment and the large terrace are beautiful. We will remember the breakfasts on the terrace with this exceptional view overlooking the sea and the old town of Menton, the cry of the seagulls and the little sea breeze. You can leave the car safely in the villa's enclosed parking lot and discover the old town every day by improvising a walking route through a maze of alleys and stairs with crazy charm. In the evening, after a good restaurant in town (thanks to Michaelle's advice), we explore another route and, as we approach the villa, we are greeted by a real concert of frogs and toads in a valley below, then the calm of the villa with the lights in the distance on the Riviera. Staying in this villa in Menton is simply beautiful and the only regret is having to leave on the last day!

Very nice apartment in a beautiful garden. The area around Tourette-sur-Loup is extremely beautiful, and the access to the town is very easy and very close by. In car it's only a few minutes and you can also walk there. My dad has a slight walking impairment, so we used the car, but the town is very charming and a great plus for the apartment. Edgar is a very friendly and helpful host, and we enjoyed staying with him.

The apartment is perfect , it is comfortable , well equipped which allows you to have a great stay! Location is ideal if you want to visit the coast! Good restaurants next door. Mélanie and James are amazing hosts...very responsive and attentive , we had a great dialogue with them!! If you want to have a great time on the coast , this is the place!!!
