It was the best place ive ever been !

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Saint Martin was excellent and the area we stayed was perfect, being a little away from the busy touristy spots but close enough for us to easily get to. We loved Mullet beach which was a short half mile walk and there were many great restaurants and bars close by so we didn't even bother renting a car and just used buses and taxis to go further. The Condo was spacious, clean, and had great views. Anna, our host was fantastic and quickly responded to our handful of questions we highly recommend this stay to other travelers and we look forward to returning next year!

Our stay at Ricardo's was absolutely amazing. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the famous Maho Beach where you can watch planes land up close ✈️, and also super close to the airport and all the local hotspots, restaurants, shops. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and smelled amazing the moment we walked in. The bedding was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and every detail was thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Although the standard arrival time was after 4:00 pm, we were generously offered an earlier slot at 1:00 pm. The self check-in process was a breeeze. Everything went smoothly, and departure was just as easy. A lovely bonus was the complimentary bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. Whether you’re looking to explore the island or unwind in a clean, cozy, and well-located home base, this spot is perfect. 👏 We highly recommend this five stars listing! Isa and Diana were wonderful to work with. Isa provided a 5Star experience as the manager of the property. She was always responsive and even helpful when we asked for an umbrella for a beach day! It was delivered within 30 min! Definitely recommend this rental! The condo had all amenities that we needed and more. The espresso machine is a plus too!

We loved our vacation at Farrah’s villa. The accommodations were spacious, spotless and the outdoor space and pool were wonderful! We loved Rancho Del Sol for dinner, Oasis had great pizza and Bread and Butter was great for coffee and pastries! We would definitely return!

Aurelie was a great host. Her place is definitely suitable for a solo or couples trip. The location was perfect and only 2 minutes from the airport. She responded quickly and was very reliable with my flexible check in/check out. I would rebook. Don’t hesitate to book with Aurelie. Thank you!

I loved the location! You can walk to restaurants, shops, Maho beach, Mullet Bay, even a pharmacy. Room was comfy and felt like home. Environment was safe as well. Perfect.

We spent an amazing ten days at the Turqouise Orient Beachfront studio. Beautiful view of the sea , great amenities, walk in distance to the restaurants from the beach or just a short drive. We enjoyed the privacy & tranquility of the place. We went to bed and woke up to the sound of the waves crashing into the shore, simply amazing!!! Our hostess Chantal & Christian they were both amazing!!! Eager to help and get us familiar with the surroundings! They have written instructions of what to do while visiting and came very handy. They make gracious hosts. They want you to feel welcome & comfortable The studio is a short 13 min drive to Marigot where you can get the boat to visit Anguilla and St. Barths. They are really worth visiting, we really enjoyed the trips. We’ll definitely come back !

This luxury condo is very spacious with a private walk out balcony in each room that boasts spectacular views of the islands Jamila is the perfect hostess. She setup the car rental agreement for our stay and responded immediately to all of our needs. I’m the future, We will stay at this condo without hesitation!

Great spot! Safe, friendly people. We liked the pool option too. The rooftop is extra special at sunset if you come back from the beach early; also a quiet place to read. Certainly a fabulous location for bakery, cafes, restaurants, groceries and exquisite beaches. Super convenient & walkable. Good parking too. Shelly was warm, helpful and replied quickly before & during our trip.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location couldn’t have been better — safe, walkable neighborhoods with easy access to the taxi rank and everything I needed close by. The home itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the beautiful island. What truly made the experience stand out, though, were the hosts. Their communication was top-notch from start to finish, and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and taken care of. So kind, thoughtful, and genuinely accommodating — you can really tell they care about their guests. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Sint Maarten. I would absolutely return! The place was steps from the beach! Beautiful and clean. Host very helpful. We loved st. Martin and this family friendly beach next to Mary Boons! We ate lunch there and cooked in dinner at home. Great appliances And every cooking tool you could need. Andrea was very helpful. The only thing I was a little worried about was the airplanes noise and honestly you forget they are even there after first day.

Really enjoyed the stay at this beautiful home. Peaceful love the sound of the ocean at night. Fun to watch the airplanes come by after landing and tiring around. The beach is beautiful and the privacy is second to none.

I would definitely recommend booking a boat trip with Alain. The team comes to pick you up at the bnb and takes you all around the island. Our guide had so many good reccomendations about places to see around the island. The pool has floaties that you can use and there were lots of dishes you can use. Every room had a bathroom which is nice for big groups to get ready. The beds were comfy and the ac was amazing! The view from the bnb was great.

We had an amazing time staying in Mike's home. The house itself is clean, safe, and a perfect place to relax in the pool with a view. Michael was a great communicator leading up to the trip and gave us fantastic recommendations. Once we arrived, Peaches was there for us in everyway, constantly responsive to our questions and even picked up a lost item from a taxi for us! My biggest recommendation if you stay here is to rent a car, the house is a bit further back in a neighborhood ( makes for a nice and quiet area) but pretty difficult if you would like to walk anywhere. There are restaurants and bars just a few minutes away a long with a number of grocery stores. Driving to both Marigot and Phillipsburg only took around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic, so the house was in a great location to get around the island. Would absolutely stay there again.

This beautiful villa fit myself and my 6 guests perfectly. The home was very spacious and we were welcomed with champagne and a charcuterie. We enjoyed the private beach and the peacefulness of the property. The house manager Alex gave us great recommendations on where to eat and have fun. We have already recommended this place to our peers and we loved Sint Maarten so much we’re already planning our next trip/ investment! Thank you so so much for everything. I stepped into my bigger age with a beautiful view due to this villa.

This house was the perfect size to share with the grandparents. It had everything we needed, was comfortable and quiet. This was our second time renting a home with Magali and would 100% rent with them again.

This is a remarkable home and location. We could have stayed all day and soaked up the sun and views on the patio and in the lounge pool. The location is great to explore the island from. It is also quiet and peaceful. We decided to stay in the upper side of the island so getting to Orient Bay and Grand Case was a breeze. The home is within 15-20 minutes by car to some of the best restaurants we’ve ever been to. There’s also a great cafe within 10 minutes for coffee and pastries. Maia was very helpful and also taking advantage of the property concierge was very nice to get our trip started and help line up a few things for us. With two young children this was so perfect and the best vacation we’ve ever had!

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by host, Alexandra. We felt ‘at home’. We were a family of 9… 3 generations, ages 21-80years, and we all had an amazing time!!!! The location of the villa was perfect - close to restaurants, shopping, nightlife! The villa itself was immaculate- super clean with fabulous decor! Views from the patio in the mornings and evenings were spectacular. As with any resort/hotel/AirBnb vacation, minor trivial things may come up, but Alexandra was incredibly responsive and made sure any issues or questions were addressed right away!! She was also extremely helpful with ideas and suggestions to share while visiting St Martin. Our only regret while in St Martin was that we did not spend an entire day just relaxing at the villa!! The island itself and surrounding islands had so much to do and see, but next time we will certainly plan a day to spend at this ‘home’! Overall, we enjoyed a phenomenal stay and we will definitely be returning!! Wonderful memories💕

This is a very nice and spacious home with an AMAZING view of the ocean. The property is gorgeous with great amenities too. The only issue we had was locating the property when we arrived. Use “ The Cliff” for the address in WAZE , Google maps, etc. Not the Rhine Road address. You’ll never find it. lol. Great location but I recommend renting a car for convenience to the beach, bars , restaurants, grocery stores, etc just a short drive away. Great vacation! If available, we’d rent this home again when visiting SXM.
