L'ÉTAPE, Chalonnaise coast: functional calm

For private stays or business trips, we provide a 50 m² accommodation on two levels, completely renovated, comfortable (mattresses changed at the end of 2021), fully equipped (kitchen, linen). Located in a quiet hamlet in the countryside. Small shops 3 minutes by car, Cluny 25 minutes, Chalon-sur-Saône 35 minutes. Away from major roads. The accommodation is an outbuilding of our property with a shared courtyard. There is a picnic area and parking not attached to the accommodation.

Relax in this quiet and unique house located in the heart of a medieval village full of character. On the 1st floor, living room and equipped kitchen (+ dishwasher). The kitchen overlooks the small private garden. A staircase takes you to the second floor with a large bedroom and bathroom. Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the stairs. St Gengoux is ideally located, surrounded by vineyards and has direct access to a bicycle path.

The accommodation is close to all amenities (5 minutes by car) located in the medieval village of Saint-Gengoux-le-National. (Pharmacy, bank, supermarket, tobacco, etc.) Surrounding area: Chalon-sur-Saône, Cluny, Taizé, Tournus. Close to the Wine Route. Many historical monuments to visit (Cormatin Castle, Cluny Abbey...)

Welcome to "Aunt Gennie's" house! Authenticity, tranquility but also space and comfort, this is what my 85 m2 family home, renovated in 2023, offers you. The nearest shops are 3 or 5 km away. It is located 20 minutes from the highway and the TGV train station. Located in the heart of Southern Burgundy, it will allow you to visit the typical villages, vineyards, hike or bike, fish in the lake or river or enjoy the calm in the large garden!

Georgette and Marc welcome you to the Cocon

The cottage Le cocoon welcomes you in a small traditional house on two levels. The main room with its old terracotta tile, includes an equipped kitchen, a dining area, a lounge area in front of the wood stove, a 90 cm bed. Upstairs a pleasant mezzanine space, with its 160 cm bed, welcomes you for restful nights. Wifi and TV. P Because of the architecture, the cottage is not really designed for small children (stairs).
