Small detached house with barbecue and private garden that is safe for children and animals and where you can park your vehicule. 2 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms and toilets including 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the floor which allows to preserve its intimacy. For your pleasure, do not hesitate to light the fireplace with insert but, nevertheless very nice.

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Ideal for family vacations or reunions with friends, Villa Denise Grand Gîte is a house located on the seafront in Barneville-Carteret with stunning views of Cap de Barneville and Jersey Island. Upstairs, the accommodation is composed of a kitchen-dining room with sea view, 2 bedrooms, and on the ground floor a living room, a veranda-office, bathroom-toilet. Our ground-floor apartment is close to Barneville-Carteret - sea plus forest. This apartment is entirely separate and a completely private space with its own bathroom and small kitchen. There is one king-size bed, or this can split into two single beds - please advise preferences. Sunny enclosed terrace. The apartment does adjoin the gite and our house next to it, so some minimal noise is possible between the internal walls of the properties.
