Stunning views of the Ardèche mountains, quiet, bright, terrace of about 30 m2 facing SOUTH and 8 m2 on the EAST side in the shade with table and sunbathing. 50 minutes from Valence city, in the charming Eyrieux valley, 550 m above sea level, close to a small typical village.

The gîte is upstairs with a separate entrance. We live downstairs and are available as needed.
