De nombreuses balades sont accessibles à pied ou plus loin vers le Vercors (1/2 H), le Palais du facteur Cheval ou l'Abbaye de Saint Antoine. Nous serons ravis de vous conseiller sur les multiples activités à faire dans la région; Animaux bien éduqués et sociables bienvenus SUR DEMANDE car le jardin est commun; Location de draps possible (12€), forfait ménage optionnel (40€).

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

The cottage is an outbuilding of the house. Renovated in September 2019, you can enjoy the garden, the pool (subject to authorization and a deposit), and an amazing view. From the peaks of the Ardèche to the foothills of the Vercors... All facing south!!!! The cottage is online on several rental platforms and classifieds site, the calendar is always up to date. Caution: No WIFI, but 5G is present!! July 2026 …… air conditioning!!!!!! ❄️❄️ NO PARTIES!
