Welcome to our fully renovated house in the very center of the village of La Brède, famous for Montesquieu. We are located in the heart of the vineyard area called « graves » just next to « Pessac-Léognan ». The local shops are walking distance and offer lot of choice (3 bakeries, 2 butchers, a grocer…) so you won’t have to go far to fill the fridge ! The kitchen/living room opens onto a sunny terrace as well as a little garden, perfect for sipping wine while watching the kids play !

This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

This building, overlooking the vineyards, offers a privileged setting to relax and share convivial moments with family or friends. The place is also perfectly suited for a seminar or days of work with colleagues. The place has a swimming pool (covered) and an outbuilding “l 'Orangerie” with a large terrace.

"Candide" is the name we gave to this place because for us, it exudes good living, slowness and offers a real break. You can come with your horses, paddocks and boxes are there to welcome them. This 6-hectare park is a place of life where you can cultivate a small vegetable garden, fish in the stream, stroll in the forest, meet a deer, or simply make a stop far from the tumults of the city. (even if Bordeaux is only 20 minutes away).
