Appartement neuf et cosy, idéal pour 2 à 4 voyageurs en déplacement professionnel ou en escapade dans la région grenobloise. Situé au calme, il se trouve à 10 minutes à pied de la gare et à environ 30 minutes des stations de ski. L’appartement est accessible par un escalier et propose deux chambres doubles, dont une chambre en mezzanine accessible par escalier(vigilance pour jeunes enfants). Venez séjourner dans cette magnifique grange retapée, veille de plus de 300 ans. Il y règne un microclimat de détente, de zénitude et de vacances très spécial, avec une vue paradisiaque! Un côté de Provence en Chartreuse en somme ! J'habite dans cette maison et la libère quand je suis réservé afin de vous la laisser de manière privatisé. Vous avez donc accès à toute la maison sauf ma chambre et mon garage. Je laisse par contre mes chats, roxy et gribouille.

A must-see place for lovers of hiking and sports activities. Cyril offers yoga, mediation, and sports sessions on request.

Village cottage

The cottage is attached to our house and independent. A mezzanine with double bed, and on the ground floor in the main room, a single bed equipped with a pull-out bed that can sleep a 4th person. It is a small village of Belledonne, 30 minutes from the 7 Laux ski resort at the start of hiking trails with many road bike and mountain bike routes. A movie theater 7 km away in the valley the pleasure of meeting and sharing homemade jams!
