voute atypique pour tranquillité dans une cité de caractère. Sa cour "patio" avec une partie couverte de 40 m2 vous isolera des bruits externes. Idéalement situé, (20 mn de Clermont, 15 mn de Besse, 10 mn de St Nectaire), l'hébergement est sur une petite rue très peu circulante (desserte de 6 maisons) avec parking attenant. Nous avons choisi de garder l'ensemble dans une grande pièce aménagée afin d'offrir le maximum d'espace disponible à 4 personnes. Logement neuf mis en location le 10/08/25

Cycling, kayaks (for hire), fishing, swimming, hiking/walking (there are more than 50km of walking routes departing from the gite.) Close to La Bourboule, Le Sancy and the chain of volcanoes.
