Bonjour je loue mon chalet de 75m² en montagne, au cœur du parc des volcans d'Auvergne dans le massif du Sancy. Situé sur la commune de Saint Victor La Riviere, entre Besse en Chandesse et Murol. (lac Chambon et château de Murol à 5min en voiture, station de ski de Super-Besse ā 15min) Commerces et activités à proximité, Murol (4km) , Besse En Chandesse (7km). Idéal pour découvrir la région et ses paysages magnifiques. Nombreuse possibilités de randonnée, à pied ou en vélo au départ du chalet.

In the center of Champeix, a typical Auvergne village, this fully renovated studio is located on the first floor of a village house with independent entrance. Tourist village near Besse, Super Besse, Murol, Saint Nectaire and Auvergnats lakes. Market on Friday mornings all year round, and at night on Wednesday evenings in July and August. The studio is close to all shops (bakeries, butchery, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, doctor, florist, press, Vival, Intermarché...).

It is conveniently located both quietly in a subdivision of a pretty village and close to Issoire, easy to access because not far from exit 15 of the A75. Perfect as a stopover for travelers or as a love nest to visit our beautiful region.

We welcome you to our guest room located on the ground floor of our house . The price includes the night and breakfasts made up of organic or local products. Linens and towels are provided , cleaning is provided by us at the end of the stay. From September to June we offer a meal basket for 2 people at €33 (homemade soup, Auvergne terrine, St Nectaire farmer, homemade bread, cheese glass with fruit)+ €6 with a Btl de Chateaugay.

39m apartment located in the heart of the park of volcanoes newly classified to UNESCO. The apartment is located 50m from the shops and 200m from the church of Saint Nectaire. Without taking the car again, you can discover the church, the petrifying fountains, the caves, the house of the holy nectar, tree climbing or hiking. For summer, you are 5 minutes by car from Lake Chambon and for winter 20 minutes from the ski slopes.

Furnished apartment for 2 people, nice and comfortable, consisting of a living room, kitchen, bedroom (double bed), bathroom, toilet, TV, linens provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), free self-service washing machine. Possibility to rent several apartments in the same residence, common room to meet. You will find all amenities in the village. Guests are required to clean before checkout.

Ideally located in the heart of Sancy, with a unique view of both the Château de Murol and Sancy, this chalet will offer you a moment of privileged relaxation. You will have the opportunity to navigate around Saint Nectaire (10 min), Murol (5 min), Lac Chambon (10 min), Super Besse (25 min), Le Mont Dore and La Bourboule (30 min), and other places, each more beautiful than the last.

The "Puy d'Eraigne" is a small, comfortable apartment located in one of my favorite corners of Auvergne, the Sancy with its lakes, puys, woods and waterfalls. On the side of the house, on the ground floor, there is a very well located, independent and very well equipped apartment. I can also, if necessary, make my garage available to you.
