Small accommodation on the edge of the village of Criteuil, with vineyards in perspective. It is with one floor, and a miller's staircase to access the bedroom (unsuitable for young children or people with mobility difficulties). Quiet place, 10 km from Barbezieux (all shops). House in quiet hamlet

Detached house in a small hamlet of a few houses, very quiet and ideally located between Barbezieux (13 km), Jonzac (16 km), Pons (24 km), Cognac (22 km), Angouleme (46 km), Saintes (44 km). The accommodation has been recently renovated, the interior of the house is nice but the facade is in preparation for the layout. We live in the same hamlet, and are available for assistance if needed in case of emergency.
