Village House Rental.

Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin. Wifi. Composed on the ground floor of an entrance with cupboard, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, you will find a large bedroom with a double bed and storage. There is a courtyard with garden table and chairs as well as a barbecue. Possibility to put your bikes in an outbuilding. Parking. Tassimo Possible cleaning fee €40.

The house has a Canadian well, a geothermal system that cools the air of the house. However, the shutters must be kept closed when the sun hits the bay windows.

Ideally located in Gâtine, in the department of Indre-et-Loire in the Centre region, 30 km northwest of Tours, this countryside accommodation 50 meters from the village square and shops can accommodate couples and families with children. The surrounding and soothing calm near the Escotais will allow you to recharge your batteries in this old outbuilding, completely renovated and completely independent of the main house.
