The place: situated on a hill some 30 mins away from Nice the house offers a great base to explore the Riviera. It is home away from home- the kitchen was fully equipped so we could comfortably prepare own meals: oven, microwave, dishwasher water boiler, milk frother and a Nespresso machine top the experience. The place has no A/C but ceiling ventilators make up for that. It is situated on two floors with staircase that has a safety door so no problems if you come with small kids like we did. The house is perfect for a long stay as it has a washer and a dryer, fast internet, a big screen smart TV situated in its own TV room with a huge coach that can host your entire family for movie nights. There is a BBQ in the yard and some 4 dining tables to choose from: 3 outdoors and 1 indoors. The bedrooms were comfortable with enough storage space for your clothes, linen bedding and bathroom facilities to all bedrooms. Swimming pool maintained by the host twice per week was greatly appreciated

Meitä oli 8 hengen seurue, joista 2 oli lapsia. Viihdyimme kaikki todella hyvin. Kaunis paikka ja upeat näkymät. Todella siistiä ja keittiössä oli kattava astiasto. Nautimme lomastamme todella paljon. Talossa ehkä pienenä miinuksena (mikä ei todellakaan vaikuta kokonaisarvosteluun) oli hiukan hassusti sijoitetut vessat. Jokaisella makuuhuoneella oli oma kylpyhuone, mutta vain yhdessä niistä oli wc. Lisäksi talossa oli kaksi erillistä wc:tä, joten määrä oli kyllä riittävä, mutta sijoittelu tuntui hieman oudolta. Kylpyhuonessa piti myös huolehtia riittävästä tuulettamisesta, ettei ilma mennyt ummehtuneeksi. Tämä lienee enemmän paikallinen rakennustapa, joka poikkeaa pohjoismaisesta tyylistä. Lisäksi jos olet herkkä äänille, niin on hyvä tietää, että viereisen tien melu kuuluu vähän. Meitä tämä ei haitannut. Todella hieno paikka ja ystävälliset, mutta omaa rauhaa antavat majoittajat. Suosittelen ehdottomasti tätä paikkaa. Loma oli täydellinen.

This was one of the best AirBnb apartments we stayed at so far. Wonderful view to the sea and mountains. Just a short walk to beaches and other beaches in 5 minutes driving distance. Jean Jacques was always reachable and was there to welcome us on the first day and show us the apartment. We would definitely come back!

La villa est juste superbe, avec beaucoup de couchages, moderne et très bien aménagée. L'espace extérieur, avec piscine, terrain de pétanque sous les pins, barbecue et tout aussi beau. Fanny avec qui nous avons été en contact a été fort sympathique et arrangeante. Je recommande vivement!

A stylish home being made better all the time. A lovely house with a huge garden area that always had sun or shade. And a proper big bed - essential! Communication was very easy. Located only 20 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from Vence. A good choice.

Our stay with Roland and Nadine was truly wonderful. The key pickup via the lockbox was seamless, and they were always available to answer any questions, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The house is a dream come true. Nestled in a private, quiet residential area on a hill, it offers breathtaking views over the bay, all the way to St. Tropez. Waking up to that view each morning was simply unforgettable. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the location is perfect, with supermarkets, restaurants, and beaches just minutes away. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing yet unforgettable holiday on the Côte d’Azur. Roland and Nadine went above and beyond to make our stay special.

This villa was perfect for the four of us and we had a fantastic holiday at Caroline's place. The caretaker, M. Akim was really helpful and responsive and the setting couldn't have been more private and tranquil. The villa is spacious, well-furnished and well-equipped and the outside areas are perfect for outdoor dining and drinks by the pool. We loved the fact the pool is heated: normally in May/June, unheated pools in the south of France are freezing. So this was a real bonus and we used the pool everyday. Le Plan de la Tour was a new area in the Var for us and we absolutely love the location & would love to come back.

Thank you very much for the wonderful time at your terrific villa. This place exceeded our expectations: it is highly equipped, modern, beautiful, and cozy. The view and the garden are just stunning. We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

Beautiful modern luxury house with spacious rooms, plenty of showers and communual spaces, although strangely lacking in W/C facilities (one upstairs communial, no sink), one upstairs (off main living space, with sink). Otherwise a fantastic stay, with the pool, living/dining spaces and overall appearance being the wow factor, Carole was friendly and infomative assisting with both check-in and check-out.

Renee's villa is absolutely beautiful: the location, the amenities, the gardens and outdoor areas, pool and privacy were all superb. There was a major power outage in Southern France while we were there and we were well prepared with the candles and flashlights provided in the villa. The proximity to the surrounding beautiful small villages as well as the Mediterranean coastal towns of Nice, Antibes, Eze, etc. provides a wide choice of sight-seeing, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, beaches, history and art. I would suggest all renters read her book of instructions and suggestions thoroughly at the start of their stay, as there is important information to make your stay more comfortable and without problems.

Absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect in every way. We were excited by the photos, and the house didn’t disappoint! Stylish inside and out. Wonderful to stay somewhere that says it caters for 10 people and truly does that: enough dinner seating, sun beds, crockery etc. Two families across 3 generations staying together for a week. Perfect layout and space for all: studio for grandparents, en-suites for all rooms, cinema room for watching England vs Spain in Euros (even if the score wasn’t to everyone’s liking…). The location is stunning, with fabulous views. Cabris is a lovely village & the restaurant recommendations were excellent. Great to be able to quickly walk into village for everything, even tennis. With a 9 year old & two teenage girls, it felt very safe to let them head off together for breakfast croissants or evening ice creams. Ian and Jacques were perfect hosts from start to finish. Thank you! We will definitely be back, hopefully even next year!

What a hidden gem! We didn't want to leave and passed our evenings enjoying the views and breezes. Sophie was a pleasure to interact with, and I am already looking forward to a future stay in this magnificent place.

A very pleasant stay at Leila's beautiful place which has two separate houses. We were a group of nine, seven adults and two infants, and yet had plenty of space and privacy. This is also due to the fact that we spent almost all time together outdoors, either sitting around the dinner table in the shadow, lounging by the pool in sunbeds, or sitting in the group of cushioned outdoor chairs. We were glad for the pool which is very well kept. A good barbecue station. The kitchen has all you need. Leila was an excellent host, answered our questions directly, and gave us good information on local shops etc. All in all a fantastic stay!

Notre séjour dans cette magnifique maison a été absolument parfait ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été conquis par l'espace de vie de 50m², lumineux et superbement agencé avec un grand salon-salle à manger et une cuisine ouverte très fonctionnelle. La cuisine est d'ailleurs un vrai atout, elle est parfaitement équipée avec tout le nécessaire (four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, grand réfrigérateur/congélateur, bouilloire, grille-pain et même une machine Nespresso), ce qui est très appréciable pour des vacances. Nous avons adoré la grande baie vitrée à galandage qui offre une ouverture spectaculaire sur l'extérieur et la piscine, idéale pour profiter des repas en plein air. Les chambres sont un havre de paix. Les deux chambres principales sont décorées avec beaucoup de goût et leurs lits en 160 cm sont d'un confort exceptionnel.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel en famille ! Le logement est parfaitement conforme à l’annonce : propre, bien équipé et très agréable. Alienor et sa famille sont des hôtes formidables, très accueillants, disponibles et toujours prêts à aider. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour confortable et sans souci. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés !

Der Aufenthalt in La Renadière war traumhaft. Es ist eine spektakuläre Anlage in atemberaubender Landschaft und Aussicht. Auch für uns als Familie mit 8 Personen war es räumlich sehr großzügig und auch bei heißen Temperaturen gab es unterschiedlichste schattenspendende Sitz- und Liegeflächen. Wir werden dieses Anwesen als besonders ruhig und atmosphärisch besonders in Erinnerung behalten und können es unbedingt als Ausgangspunkt für einen erholsamen Urlaub in traumhaft schöner Lage empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, ruhig und privat gelegen. Die Lage ist super, ideal zum Entspannen und dennoch zentral. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend. Der Pool war ein Traum und sehr sauber. Absolute Empfehlung!

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

Wir können nichts anderes sagen, außer: Herzlichen Dank an Nathalie, Laurent und Co-Gastgeber Sven für diesen traumhaften Urlaub! Es war von Anfang an bis zum Ende einfach nur perfekt! Das Haus ist wunderschön, liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht. Der Pool und die Terrasse... sensationell. Wir konnten sprichwörtlich "die Seele baumeln lassen" und wieder Kraft für den Alltag tanken. Unsere Gastgeber waren großartig, wir fühlten uns bestens aufgehoben und haben bei Bedarf sofort Unterstützung und Hilfe erhalten. Dafür und noch vieles mehr sagen wir - merci beaucoup! Wir würden jederzeit wieder Urlaub in der Villa machen.

Wow! Karine’s place is beautifully designed both inside and outside. The landscaped grounds and pool area were a highlight and everything was pristine. The kitchen is well equipped. There are several bathrooms, although for a group of 5 couples there were only two main showers in ensuites that we shared - we knew about this before and there is the option to use the bath and shower head in the other 2 shared bathrooms. Their interactive guidebook is extremely helpful, giving you great insight into the amenities near and far as well as instructions for the house. Only a 5min walk to local shop and nearby restaurants. A car is a must to make the most of the area. We would recommend this to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future. Thank you!
