Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Saint Paul

Mujahid and Valerie were communicative, flexible, and helpful! The apartment was AMAZING. So spacious and comfortable. TVs in each bedroom and the living room, plus plenty of air conditioners that all worked well (we had one hot day but the rest of the days we just opened windows to get a nice breeze). We stayed a little more than a week, but I think it would also be great for more extended stays - plenty of room and easy to "move into" for the time being. The neighborhood is gorgeous and the apartment is within walking distance to Grand Ave, where there are a ton of restaurants, shops, etc. Street parking was easy to access and we never had an issue finding a spot. The manual lock on the front door was a little tricky but they were already aware and had plans to replace the electronic lock ASAP. Would definitely stay here again!

One of the rare times I felt the place looked better than the photos! I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again when in Minneapolis. I felt right at home, it was clean, comfortable bed, easy check-in. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, the university, Stone Arch Bridge. Very good value for the price I paid. Note that there isn’t a washer/dryer in unit, rather the building had a room, use quarters.

This was our 4th stay at Mel and John’s place. One our favorite Airbnbs. Very friendly hosts who are super responsive. Apartment has a fully stocked kitchen with all you need to prepare meals. Lovely neighborhood with great access to a large park with lots of great trails and access to other parks. Easy access for the Minnesota state fair

We had a great stay. The neighborhood is very walkable and easily accessible to all the major arteries. The space was really clean and we felt right at home!

John and Zina are terrific hosts and the space is perfect for a weekend getaway. It's well appointed and comfortable. Easy walking distance from Minneapolis Institute of Art, Eat Street restaurants, and shopping. Nice access to biking trails, too. Highly recommended!

A spacious and nice studio. You have everything you need. It worths the price and I would absolutely book it again nex time I come to the twin cities.

Had a great 3 night stay! The apartment was comfortable and felt safe. The neighborhood was great- walkable and some delicious recommended restaurants nearby. Would definitely suggest for solo travelers or couples!!

Second time we've stayed at Denise's. She's great at communicating and has plenty of helpful notes around the unit. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely perfect!! Can not say enough about this house! We were there to celebrate our son’s graduation from St Thomas. Had plenty of space for everyone! The kitchen was my favorite and perfect for hosting! Back yard was also just awesome for what we needed! Very clean and decorated so cute! Loved everything about it! Nicole was very flexible with us and always responded quickly! This house is awesome!

HUGE space! 4 floors of great amenities and lots of sleeping space. Great rooftop deck space. Walkable to the St. Paul farmers market, Saint Stadium, Excel Energy Center, and so much more downtown.

Beautifully maintained space and super clean. The added touches of providing tea, coffee and a few snacks made this a very pleasant stay. Also, everything in the house was nicer quality. So many owners provide low quality amenities. Angela took the care to provide a welcoming space filled with nice items. Just having tissues in every room helped make this feel more like home. Location is also close to many nice local restaurants and bars. Overall a perfect stay.

We had a wonderful time at the Horn House and appreciated its history and beautiful architecture! The house was spotless and went above and beyond with the amenities, including much coffee, which we were grateful for! Michael was one of the best hosts we've had at an AirBnB--quick to respond to our questions; friendly and respectful of our space; ensured we didn't need anything; and had a welcome bottle of wine with chocolates! We enjoyed sitting on the porch with a glass of wine and relaxing in the tranquility of the neighborhood and Irvine Park, yet we were close enough to walk to restaurants. All in all, we hope to return next year! Thank you for making our visit to St. Paul picture-perfect!

I really loved the neighborhood. My family and I really appreciated the design and spaciousness of the home. Very cozy. I can see a lot of history within this house too. Entering was easy, and everything was clean. I really appreciate the host, very respectful and kind. I would be happy to be back again.

Everything about this stay felt like enjoyment, ease and comfort were the mission. Great location. Surrounded by some of St Paul's best restaurants. Friendly neighbors, lots of dogs out for walks. Super clean, comfortable, uncluttered and tastefully decorated. Generously stocked with dishes, towels, and a variety of cookware in great condition. Wonderful coffee bar set up, including French press. I enjoyed coffee on the front porch every morning. Fastest responding hosts I've experienced. Every question was answered within 5 minutes and none of my questions were urgent. I love this place!

It is as advertised, Studio Apartment, Pull out couch, right next to train that'll get you to downtown or Mall of America, and beautiful hiking for the Mississippi as well as Minnehaha falls was wonderful (12 min walk!)

We had a lovely stay in this classic Minneapolis apartment so near the lake in a very cool neighborhood! Great places nearby and I recommend!

This place was exactly what we needed. Super responsive hosts (within 10 min every time!). We felt right at home. Fast WiFi for work, beautiful and great location for restaurants, bike paths and even some clubs near by. We were very happy with our stay. Can’t wait to stay again.

My husband and parents and I were in town for the weekend to visit our daughter. The area was perfect and centrally located for us. The condo was clean and well kept. Jason was very responsive to questions I had regarding parking. I just wish the weather would have nicer to use the outdoor deck! I would say the only downfall (and no fault of the owner) is that it was a bit noisy at night with people outside. However, when going to a city that is expected.

There was one issue with the tub and bath sink drain. They had someone out the next morning. Very responsive. The communication was also very good, again very responsive with any questions I had.

Comfortable, clean, well stocked and great location

This was a very cute place, I can definitely see it being a fun place for a large group! The trains could be a little noisy at night, but that can’t be helped. Earplugs are an easy solution for light sleepers. Otherwise, this was such a cute and unique standout from so many other airbnbs in this area.

I absolutely loved my stay, this the best Airbnb I have ever been in. It was super clean and had lovely, modern fixtures. I loved having the dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer. It had a super comfy bed and was very well furnished, especially with kitchen appliances. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and has lots of good shopping, restaurants and walking paths nearby. Lucy and her husband were very kind and responsive, respected my privacy and put so much care and thought in hosting this space. I was genuinely sad when my stay came to an end.
