Outside, you will find a common area (BBQ/Pétanque/Sink). Access to the private parking lot with video surveillance is via an electric gate with a digicode. Rates valid for one accommodation. Cleaning at the end of the stay is your responsibility. For long stays, consumables (household products, toilet paper, etc.) are your responsibility.

Located in a quiet area, close to all amenities. It consists of a 140 x 190 bed, a kitchenette with microwave grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, vanity, toilet and towel dryer. reversible air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV Guests can enjoy a terrace as well as a secure parking space. Bed linen, toilet, table are also provided. The studio is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. No pets allowed. no smoking.
