Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux

Due to personal circumstances we had to rearrange this holiday 2 times, of which Remy was very understanding. We booked the villa based on how well the photos looked but were really not ready for just how much better the place was in reality! Le Magnanerie is tucked quietly away in a totally idyllic spot in a gorgeous old French hamlet, boasting the most impressive westerly views across the private pool of the Cévennes, with stunning sunsets. The covered outside area is spacious and perfect to escape the direct summer sun, and the thick stone building is naturally cool. Comfortably set over 3 pretty floors with portable air conditioning in the loft bedroom area. Kids bunk beds are perfectly placed and even though everything is wooden, nothing creaks. Local agent Deborah was very helpful and after driving from the UK, we were pleasantly surprised to have had our best family holiday to date here! We rarely return to holiday destinations, however we will certainly be coming back. Merci

Beautiful accommodation in a quiet area and surrounded by trees, ideal for families! Lots of equipment and storage for our comfort, you will also find tourist documentation to manage your stay. We would recommend it without hesitation 🙂

Beatrice & Antoine are super friendly and charming hosts. The accommodation is in a perfect location and offers a wonderful view of Mont Ventoux and the beauty of Provence. We will be happy to come back! :-)

Incredible location, completely isolated and serene, beautiful house and welcoming and friendly hosts.

The property is lovely and the hosts were very welcoming and respectful and helpful with suggestions. Our only critique would be that the pool whilst lovely is not private and shared with the hosts who admittedly did not use it whilst we were there and if you like me love to cook the oven was portable and a slight challenge to use. The village and walks were incredible and the location near to Uzes, Nimes and Avignon makes for a lovely stay. A big thank you to Pascal and Catherine x

Beautiful country house, lovingly renovated and in great condition. With a heated pool, large property and everything you need. We were traveling with three children from 12 to 22 and can highly recommend the accommodation. With my parents still there (originally planned) it would have been a bit tight, but it would have fit. It is the perfect Provence holiday for five to six people. Highly recommend!

Beautifully renovated old house, in a beautiful environment. The terrace is huge and very well equipped (sunbeds, barbecue, large table). The interior is very functional (one bathroom per bedroom, one toilet per floor), with a dressing room available! Everything is made for the comfort of the hosts, I highly recommend it and we will definitely come back if we have the opportunity. I also add that Raphaël is an attentive host who has arranged us well (departure and arrival times for example, for example).

We had a fantastic time in Fab's house... far too short a time as it turned out... so much to see, do and discover in the Ardèche which is beautiful. Fabrice had a host of great walking, swimming and visiting recommendations... the suggested visit to Plage du Cirque de Gens was wonderful for swimming, relaxing and jumping off rocks. Definitely a place we need to revisit for a lot longer...

Very nice large house with some stylish treasures and 3 electric fans to combat the summer heat! We'd love to come back to this very quiet, spacious accommodation!

Ideal location for a pleasant stay in the countryside. Guy and his wife are very charming and welcoming hosts.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, in the beautiful main village square, right in the centre of Uzès. It was peaceful, comfortable and the apartment was bright and cozy. It had a little outdoor balcony which was a nice bonus. We were thrilled to have had the opportunity of staying in this delightful place and the hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. For Nature Lovers, I really recommend Françoise and Serge's accommodation. Very peaceful and comfortable. We thank Françoise and Serge for the delicious strawberries and apricots.

Charming cozy cottage tastefully furnished, very well equipped, impeccable cleanliness, comfortable bedding. Perfect set-up for couple. The hosts are warm, the hospitality and responsiveness are impeccable and good recommendations. Very well located, it is both easy to reach Bagnols for shops while being surrounded by nature with lots of possible hikes nearby and beautiful sites to visit. Big plus for the stove with the wood provided, the flames are comforting in the cold season. We had a great time between beautiful hikes and rest by the fire.

Rémy’s place exceeded our expectations! It was perfectly equip, and the location was fantastic - literally just off the main square. The small terrace was lovely, a treat to have. Rémy was very responsive, and easy to contact. Would come back to Uzes and happily stay here again!

With us, it was mainly Jane, his wife, who was the hostess. Very friendly, explained everything about the birds (our interest) and places to visit. Was visibly happy with us as a guest. The place is breathtakingly beautiful and quiet! The entrance to our house is delightful with all the blooming roses and jasmine. The only downside we found was that you have to shower in the bath. But that was not bad for 1 work.

I had a great stay at Walter's, who is a cheerful person, accommodation with a lot of charm: spacious, bright, well-equipped and beautifully decorated. Beautiful villages to visit around Pont Saint-Esprit. A pleasant stay.

What a beautiful and spacious house. Well-equipped, comfortable and very clean. The pool is great and the gate around too. Aurore is fantastic and always ready to give us advice.

We loved our stay at Villa feijoa. Olivier and Sophie are warm, kind and responsive hosts and their home is extremely comfortable. The grounds are spacious and well kept, with plenty of room for the family. The location is private yet close to neighbouring villages and the canal for walks, and the hosts recommended some lovely spots for us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this fabulous home.

This is a lovely, spacious house in a wonderful location with great views. We really enjoyed the big terrace, the well-tended garden and grounds and the beautiful, quiet countryside immediately accessible from the house. We arrived in the dark and opened the front door to a warm welcome with a wonderful wood burning stove making the house very cosy. We really appreciated the supply of wood during our stay as the evenings were cool/cold. The pool is also lovely and well maintained but was rather refreshing (in October) but we braved it! We would all highly recommend this place for a gathering of family and friends. The beds were very comfortable and there are plenty of showers and loos. Cooking facilities are really good for preparing meals which we enjoyed around the large dining table. There is everything needed for a truly relaxing and memorable holiday. This is clearly a loved family home and we appreciated the pictures, books and tasteful furnishings. Highly recommended!

Fab place, great social spaces for our group. The location was gorgeous. Lisa was very accommodating and let us check in two hours early and communicated well throughout. We all enjoyed our stay at the house and thought it was very reasonably priced. The parking area is very tight behind the gate if you’re driving a large people carrier, so takes a little while to park, but still serves its function well. A neighbour dealt with us during our stay - only speaks French - so good to keep this in mind if you don’t have a member / speak French yourself. Luckily one of our party spoke French, so it was fine. The neighbour wasn’t very warm but definitely didn’t take away from a beautiful place in a gorgeous village and a great stay. It was clean, the pool and games were fab, and the BBQ was brilliant. Definitely recommend the local cafe / pub for drinks in the evening too, it’s gorgeous!

The accommodation was fabulous with a breathtaking view. We had a great stay that allowed us to disconnect. Very nice villages to visit in the surrounding area. We will certainly come back to experience a timeless stay!
