Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Saint Philip

We have stayed at "Windswept" twice prior to this visit. Mandy has always been a very good communicator regarding our bookings. The villa is spacious with a beautiful private garden with a plunge-pool. All the bedrooms have airconditioning which is an essential as the nights in Barbados are very warm. It's a small thing but there was a decent supply of hangers in every wardrobe! Sugar Hill is a short drive from Holetown with its shops and restaurants. Once again we had a fantastic holiday and would certainly want to stay here again if we return to Barbados.

the hosts were excellent. helpful, accommodating, responsive, considerate. accommodation was within walking distance of the US embassy which was why we were in Barbados. My family of 6 was very comfortable and would have stayed longer if schedules permitted.

So much attention and love poured into this space.. provided so much comfort and bright energy. We were able to relax and enjoy the breeze. Home was also equipped with all the entertainment one could need. The host was the best part though. She checked in and was very helpful from start to end. I would for sure recommend for visitors needing a little pink love in their life 😉🩷

Our hosts picked us up from the airport and we were immediately charmed by their warmth which made us feel like family. They even took us shopping for any necessities that we might need. Once we arrived at the home, we fell in love with the place. Not only was the décor lovely, but being a bit of a clean freak... I was very happy to find the home so incredibly clean. Amenities were perfect.. with the hosts thinking of just about everything we would need for our stay. The location was perfect for us, since we rented a car. Driving was a bit of a challenge though..at first.. lol. Beds were super comfortable.. and both room had its own washroom.. which was ideal for us. I cannot say enough of how lovely these hosts were to us. Took us back to the airport for our departure and made sure us and all our luggage were checked in safely. Stayed for 10 days and highly recommend this home and hosts. The only note is that you will need a car to get around.. but hosts have recommendations.

A clean, comfortable home in a quiet area, perfect for a relaxing stay in Barbados. Our three young children loved the green space -and the pools! Well-equipped and nicely maintained, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. Ideal for a peaceful getaway.

As we had stayed in Vuemont before we knew the location. The villa was clean and comfortable, but a few scatter cushion would have been helpful. Great deck, very breezy and shady, which is great, but only 2 lounging chairs, not a problem for us. It is probably the best Villa we have stayed in. The house manager was very responsive and the cleaner was very thorough and on time. The kitchen was fully equipped for all our needs, we self cater nearly all our meals. The local supermarkets have all you need at reasonable prices (for Barbados!). There was a brand new dishwasher, which is rare in Barbados and we looked after it, by adding salt and a little rinse aid, but rinse aid is hard to come by in Barbados, so you might want to bring some with you. Remember the water is 'hard' so needs all the help it can get! You will need a car but some of the best beaches are only a 5 minute drive down the hills. Will be returning to have our winter sunshine fix.

We had a wonderful stay at Joanna’s villa. The location felt very safe and peaceful, just a 5-minute walk to Mullins Beach. The villa was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed – including a lovely pool we used often. All bedrooms had air conditioning and modern en suite bathrooms with great showers and plenty of hot water. Large bathtubs are also available, ideal for families with young children. We loved the disco lights in the lounge/bar area. We mostly cooked at home to enjoy the villa, though there are plenty of affordable dining options in surrounding areas, if Mullins restaurants feel a bit pricey. Buses to Speightstown and Holetown run regularly, and while we rented a car, it’s not essential. Joanna was a responsive and helpful host with great local tips. Highly recommend! We had such a lovely stay at Joanna’s villa – it truly felt like a home away from home.

Karen's place was perfect for our family of four for a week in March. We were greeted upon arrival for check in, and appreciated the warm welcome. The home was larger than we anticipated. The amenities helped us feel comfortable, and we had everything we needed after a quick stop at the local market nearby. The view on the back deck was lovely in the morning watching turtles swimming all around; during the afternoons filled with surfers; and at dusk for beautiful sunsets each evening. The pool was delightful and we enjoyed it for many hours. The location was perfect for walking to Surfers Cafe, Oistins and other local eateries; morning walks along the southern part of the island; and exploring small beaches nearby. Friday night at Oistins Fish Fry was a highlight, and only a 15 minute walk from Karen's. We would highly recommend Halcyon on Freights Bay if you are visiting Barbados.

From start to finish Cassia 18 & Royal Westmoreland was perfect. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need - Clova is a touch of luxury and keeps everything immaculately clean, and always with a big smile! The house is just a moments walk from the clubhouse, pool, and the rum shak, so ideal for us as a family for use of these facilities. Mullins beach club was particularly lovely - and such a bonus to have access to complimentary sunbeds and more of the islands gorgeous beach restaurants. Our host Tim was very helpful and quickly responded to any questions - he also arranged welcome drinks and food on our arrival which was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Cassia 18 & all that the island has to offer! Many thanks again for a very memorable stay.

An excellent location for easy beach access, great restaurants and incredible sunsets. This is a wonderful property with super amenities and very comfortable furnishings. We enjoyed the layout of the house and the ability to sit outside in the sunshine and relax. The pool and tennis courts were steps away, but never noisy and the community was peaceful and a great place for a vacation. The monkeys wandering around were a real bonus! Carl and Marcia were very friendly, helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this location for spending time in beautiful Barbados. It was our first visit but will not the last.

La Lune was everything we wanted and more! Gorgeous house and perfect location. Jan, Marcia & Kirt made everything perfect for us. Definitely coming back again!

What can we say “what a beautiful home you have “we can’t wait to come back, we loved everything above it , thank you for sharing , the decor is such a delight and the complex is so beautiful the pool the clubhouse the tennis and of course the icing on the cake the padel .

We had the best holiday staying at Royal Westmoreland. The villa was fantastic and was a big reason why we loved the holiday so much. Great location within the estate - walking distance to the clubhouse and sanctuary pool and overlooking the 18th green of the course from the fantastic terrace. Tiffany was a great host - meeting us there when we arrived, coming to say goodbye when we unfortunately had to leave and responsive throughout.

Wonderful stay at ‘Just Limin’. David’s house was beautifully furnished, with super soft towels & linens. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils. We loved the balcony with its views over the tree tops, out to sea. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable, with good storage space & modern en-suite bathrooms, we especially loved the master suite with its double basins & double walk in shower. The ‘Deck’ clubhouse was great for drinks & evening meals & had a good vibe, being a 2 minute stroll from the house (within Sugar Hill grounds), not to mention the 2 lovely pools. We also made use of the Fairmont beach club passes & deck chairs provided for other beaches. Marveane was very welcoming & kept the house spotless, being very unobtrusive. We would return here without any hesitation.

We have just returned from a fabulous stay at Peter's house in Barbados. A really lovely 3 bedroom villa which has everything you need. The place was spotless when we arrived, the housekeeper Ann is really helpful and came to the property every few days to change the linen / clean which made all the difference as we were travelling with 2 young children. Royal Westmoreland is a very peaceful and well kept golf resort which is close to all the best places on the west coast. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly return to Peter's villa if / when we return to Barbados.

Our family and friends have just spent 18 nights at the villa. It was fantastic beautiful pool area loads of seating areas to enjoy a drink or just chill out. The inside space was also great very well stock kitchen. In fact all I can say is the place was perfect.
