Very pleasant stay at Lucie's. Royan and its various districts are very easily accessible on foot. Chay Beach is less than a five-minute walk away. Lucie offers tea, coffee and kitchen necessities, the studio is very well arranged and stays cool in the heatwave. The secure parking space for the car is very appreciable. At Lucie's, an excellent place to stay in Royan!

Unobstructed view of the sea and a beautiful old tree at sunrise and sunset. Very clean and functional accommodation. Easy check-in and check-out thanks to the key box and exchanges with Clémence. We would recommend it in a second.

We felt completely comfortable and fell a little in love with the Ile de Ré. The accommodation is very pretty and furnished with an eye for design and attention to detail. Kitchen has everything you need and you can make good use of the small garden. Bed very comfortable, everything super clean. Location is great, right on the beach and opposite a beach bar. Yes, the traffic is sometimes loud during the day, but the windows close well and that's just the (in my opinion acceptable) price for the location directly on the water. The village center of Rivedoux Page and supermarkets are within walking distance. We rented bicycles (on Julie's tip), which is great, especially for longer stays. St. Martin de Ré, for example, is quick to reach by bike and worth a trip. Julie always responded very quickly to questions.

Apartment very well located to do everything on foot. Perfect for a stay of a few days for 2 adults. Pleasant terrace, lots of neighbors, but not annoying in this season.

Right in the heart of la Rochelle. A alot of restaurants and bars outside your doorstep. Place was as it is described in the listing. Be prepared to juggle parking. Look for green zones or park outside of city take a cab in.

Kind and helpful host. He adapted to our arrival and departure schedules, which helped us a lot. The apartment is very nice. Nice decoration and location close to the city center.

Benoît and Marguerite's house is wonderful. We were staying with two families with small children and it looked like we were in paradise. Quiet place, cozy house and very well decorated also… equipped with everything needed for a family vacation. Benoît responded to our messages quickly and was very kind! Totally recommended!

A few little glitches which were resolved in amusing fashion involving my french, Fiona's English, Google translate and cameraphone.Importantly the house was very comfy and well appointed and close to wonderful beaches.On our last night we experienced the most wonderful burnt orange, white and blue sunset. Plenty to explore on the island and if you like fish and shellfish you won't be disappointed! Thanks to Fiona and her parents, who checked us out, for a very memorable 2 weeks. Beautiful studio, very clean and well-equipped, with a good real bed and a small terrace. Well located, close to the beaches of Vaux-sur-Mer and Saint-Palais, easily accessible on foot as well as shops. We also enjoyed the quiet, the view of the trees framing a small piece of sea and the reserved parking. In addition, the host welcomes us in person, for once it is not a key box, it is appreciable.
