Small 18th century house completely renovated, nestled at the end of a hamlet in Val de Saire in Cotentin, about twenty minutes from Cherbourg and St Vaast la Hougue. In a common courtyard, it faces our house, its garden will be dedicated to you. This very simple but comfortable cottage will suit lovers of nature, hiking, the seafront and the Norman bocage. The beaches of Cosqueville and Fermanville are five minutes away, Barfleur and Gatteville fifteen.

You can enjoy summer and winter, the spaces are comfortable with its fireplace in the 32 m2 living room open to an equipped kitchen and a large dining table for moments of conviviality with family and friends. The house is at the start of the Chemin des Douaniers, one of the most beautiful walks on the Cotentin and offers direct access to the beach.

The gîte of the little house, as the children like to call it, is located in the heart of the Val Saire countryside in the North Cotentin. You will be able to spend a relaxing stay in peace and quiet where life is simple and quiet. Ideally located to explore the coast of Val de Saire, you can easily visit Barfleur, eat seafood in Saint Vaast la Hougue and stroll along the waterfront. So many places that are a 15-minute drive to the cottage.

La Petite Rêverie 900 m to the beach

In a quiet and relaxing place, this cozy cottage located in Montfarville near Barfleur is 900 m from the beach. It has an entrance, a living room with equipped kitchen, a small sofa bed for a child and a large bedroom with 160 bed, overlooking a small enclosed garden, a shower room and toilet. A baby cot is provided to accommodate a baby. Bed and bath linens, and dish towels are provided. Parking is available for our guests.

La Maison de Simone is close to the sea: two beaches within a 5-minute walk. It is located in a typical Cotentin hamlet. You will appreciate the house for its calm and its preserved environment. You can enjoy the seaside and the charm of Cotentin: walks on the beach and through the small paths. Few cars, little noise: the house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, the environment is very relaxing.
