Cosy Village House – Walks, Culture & Nature

This cosy and relaxing house is located in a small village in the Allier (03, Auvergne Rhône-Alpes). You will find a bakery, a mini-market, a bar-tabac, a pharmacy, a hotel-restaurant, a local products shop and a brocante. The village borders the Allier River – ideal for canoeing or fishing – and the house is situated on the GR3, the Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago). No wifi or television, but peace, relaxation and board games to enjoy life in a different way.

Independent duplex studio in collective eco-place

In a quiet, healthy and sober setting, the duplex studio is located in our new Bourbonnais collective eco-place, formerly a hemp mill. We're a group of roommates brought together by the practice of meditation, as well as by the desire for voluntary simplicity (zen-sur-terre point org). The studio is independent, but you can also join us for certain activities if you wish, or take advantage of the 10 hectares of pastures, woods, river and pond.

You will also be about 1 hour from Le Pal Park, only 40 km from Moulins and its stage costume museum.

Close to our farm, we offer for rent this typical Bourbon farmhouse that we have just completely renovated in June 2021. The house is located close to Moulins (30 Km), Bourbon-l'Archambault and its spa (20 Km), Tronçais Forest (20 Km), Lurcy-Lévy and its circuit (7 Km), 20 minutes from Magny-Cours Circuit. You will find a very nice network of hiking trails.
