15 minutes from the highways , new house of 76 m2 in private property, automatic gate with remote control at your disposal . Bed linen, towels provided free of charge. New equipped kitchen with dishes, Senseo coffee machines, oven, microwave, steam cooker, washing machine, garden furniture, 1 hour from Bordeaux, 20 minutes from Jonzac (thermal cure) 5 minutes from St Genis de Saintonge, 30 minutes from the beaches of Royan, Meschers. Many sites to visit, Pons, Saintes, Talmont...

The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.

For the period July August the reservation is blocked at 7 days minimum on the listing "Air-conditioned stone house rented by the week".
