Very well located and functional accommodation, we had a very good weekend, the pool a real +, hosts and concierge responsive I highly recommend, it will be a pleasure to return to this house.

Third stay in the "Charming studio". Right in the center, quiet, well-equipped: perfect for my use and fully enjoy Perros-Guirec. Julien is a very responsive host.

Very nice little apartment, nice sea view, the terrace is a real plus and we had beautiful weather to enjoy it. The pool is a stone's throw away, which is ideal with children. Thank you for a lovely week.

The place was very clean upon arrival. We enjoyed the practicality of the house and the multiple utensils (barbecue, games, etc.) offered that allowed a very pleasant stay. the house is very well located and oriented, quiet, with a beautiful sea view from the terrace or veranda. Exchanges with François were simple and friendly. We would highly recommend.

A warm welcome in a quality home. We spent 4 pleasant and relaxing days with the family, with the port of Perros-Guirec accessible on foot and all the restaurants nearby. A few minutes by car and the entire pink granite coast is accessible for superb walks. A home and a host that I highly recommend.

This was our second time staying here – everything was just as perfect as the first time. The view is absolutely stunning, the house is comfortable and well-kept. Claudia and Clement are wonderful hosts, and communication was always smooth and friendly. We’d love to come back again!

Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Lovely little house very well equipped, do not hesitate to ask because everything is not mentioned on the listing. (dishwasher, oven, microwave, bikes, beds made on arrival, barbecue...) Certainly by a road but it didn't bother us at all. Safe garden for the kids.

Stay in a nice apartment, well-equipped, with a beautiful sea view. Drinks available in the fridge upon arrival. Thank you for your attention. Private parking space appreciated. Several tourist destinations less than 1 hour from the apartment recommended by Hervé and Sylvie. Small bonus: very good creperie at the bottom of the residence.

The accommodation is in a great location: free parking, shops, next to the beaches. The apartment is clean, the bedding is very good, storage facilities. Good cider and apple juice were waiting for us;) Only a very small downside: a little more mugs would be appreciated as well as a bottom of the closet because we had to buy salt, pepper, sugar etc ... and a magnifying mirror with an articulated arm would be convenient in the bathroom .

Excellent stay in Roscoff in this superb apartment, tastefully renovated. It is functional, comfortable and we had everything we needed to feel good. Everything was super clean, the apartment smelled good and it was very nice. The arrival is very simple, well organized. Finally, Maryse was very friendly, available and the contact was smooth. We recommend it without hesitation!

Look no further: you just stumbled on paradise. The apartment is bright, peaceful and spacious, everything you need is available nearby and the surrounding landscape is breathtaking.
