Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

Then rest; a master suite will welcome you: bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed (book for 3 people if you need sheets for the 2nd bed), private bathroom (linen provided). Fridge, microwave available. Dining area in a large greenhouse, views of nature. Rest and relaxation assured.

An atmospheric quiet place to relax and recharge from today's busy life. We have converted the front house of our farm into an authentic gîte with all the comforts. There is plenty to do in the nearby area. Walks in nature (Grande Randonee) or old towns. Lakes and rivers. Wine routes and good food. Rent bicycles or canoes. Churches (Basilica of Vezelay) and Castles. Or relax reading a book on your terrace with great views.

Unwind in this beautiful setting! This cozy, comfortable home is perfect for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy a glass of wine on the sunny terrace (not fully enclosed). Dogs are welcome! A dedicated workspace is available, and bicycles can be stored safely in our enclosed garden. Explore nearby lakes, local markets, Bazoches Castle, or historic Vézelay.
