You are a 10min walk from the train station which serves the cities of Montauban and Toulouse several times a day. In addition, you quickly access the Eurocentre, Montbartier or Ondes areas.

Passionate about creation, yoga and cycling, I suggest you come to rest, create, practice yoga, cycle or visit the area. You will stay in our studio "L'échappée créative". Guests can park their vehicle in the property which is private and closed. The 35 m2 studio is newly renovated with an independent entrance which gives you complete freedom of access. It is dual-aspect and adjoining my house which is located in a quiet area next to shops and restaurants.

We welcome you to our 20 m2 "pool-house" studio. You have a walk-in shower and toilet. This listing is equipped with reversible air conditioning, Wi-Fi. At your disposal, "Tassimo" coffee machine, kettle, microwave and fridge. Bed linen and towels are provided. No smoking and no pets. Independent access in front of our house.
