Feet in the water.

Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

For the youngest , they will be able to enjoy close to the leisure base of the Villecartier forest (tree climbing, mini boat ride...).

A beautiful historic property has been renovated to the highest of standards, whilst still retaining its character and charm. There are four large bedrooms, a huge well equipped kitchen and a beautiful dining room with views of the famous Viaduct. The property is located in the port of Dinan which has many wonderful restaurants and it's only a 10 minute walk up the hill to the city centre.

The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
