Spacious, comfortable, very well-equipped apartment and decorated with great taste. Close to shops, places of interest and restaurants. Paid parking next door or free parking about 5 minutes' walk away. Bus also very close. Very easy communication, Renaud is very nice and very accommodating on the arrival and departure modalities. Highly recommend.

Very good stay with Corentin. Flexible arrival thanks to a lockbox. The apartment matched the description and photos. Between 15 and 20 minutes from Sancerre, we were able to quickly reach the start of the Sancerre Trail and enjoy local products the rest of the time. All the necessary equipment was available, including the washing machine and iron. The apartment was clean. It just lacks air conditioning in the bedrooms because it's hot. Thanks to Corentin for being accommodating with the departure time.

We would be in the apartment for 2 nights. It was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had so far. The apartment is perfect in every way. Beautiful and high-quality furnishings, huge rooms, quiet location, sparkling clean, all the amenities you could wish for. The apartment would also be suitable for longer stays. We are really excited! The only (small) drawback: you don't have direct contact with anyone, but that was clear to us from the start.

Pleasant stay in this beautiful apartment, maybe a little dark but it turned out to be a quality given the very high temperatures. The apartment is well laid out, well decorated, you feel at home. The bed is very comfortable, the shower spacious and the whirlpool bath a real relaxation. The hosts are attentive and very responsive, whatever the need. Thank you to them.

The accommodation is very nicely decorated and arranged. The garden is very pleasant and several places are provided to enjoy it. Several small touches are nice and everything is thought of to make the stay comfortable. I recommend it without a problem.

Beautiful house surrounded by water. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, several outdoor spaces allow you to sit. The children enjoyed the board games, and the visit to the oil mill, guided by Isabelle and her dad, was very interesting. In short, a successful weekend, thank you!

Very good stay at Virginia's, in a beautiful quiet environment with a bucolic view. Absolutely what we were looking for for a short break from the urban everyday.

Peaceful stay at Béatrice's, for a family with two children. The kitchen is very well equipped. The setting is quiet, with the sunset visible from the terrace. The bowling alley allows you to have a good time. The icing on the cake, the pheasant from the garden who comes to say hello. Beatrice and her husband were welcoming and responsive.

The location is ideal for exploring the banks of the Loire on foot or by bike. Other tourist spots are interesting nearby. The highlight of the cottage is its shaded and fenced garden that young children can explore freely. The interior is nice too. I recommend this place.

We stayed one night at Marion's. The accommodation was impeccable and matches the description. Quiet, perfectly equipped accommodation. We really enjoyed it and we'll be happy to come back!

Excellent stay in an ideal cottage for 6 people. Large spaces, beautiful living room. All the necessary equipment for cooking. Nice sleeping area. Beautiful outdoor space. We were lucky, we were able to eat outside. We visited the Château du Guédelon, St Fargeau and its farm, Saint Sauveur en Puisaye, and the 7 locks of Rogny We would recommend this place.
