I am located in the heart of Belmont, at the end of an enclosed garden. I have a garage on the ground floor, you will love my kitchen-dining room-living room on the ground floor. On the 1st floor you will find my large master suite, the games room and the bathroom and finally the space dedicated to children on the 2nd floor. You will appreciate the proximity to the shops and facilities of the village (grocery store, bakery, restaurants, swimming pool, health course, city stadium...).

Country house on 2 levels, not overlooked, located in a hamlet of an old authentic village in the south of Aveyron between Albi and Millau The vacation rental consists of a covered outdoor summer kitchen, a terrace on the same level as the entrance hall, a bathroom (shower and sink), separate toilet, and a 16 m2 bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed and a 120 x 190 bed. Upstairs, there is a 28 m2 living room with a kitchen area, a seating area, and a sofa bed that can be converted into a bed.

Holiday home, built in 1977. Well maintained. It offers a lovely garden with unobstructed views of the village of Belmont sur Rance below. It is exposed to the Southeast. The house can easily accommodate up to 5 people. I open the rooms depending on the number of guests. Bedrooms are upstairs. Kitchen, toilet, bathroom, living room and living room on the ground floor. There are 2 covered terraces, one with a barbecue, plancha, and all the necessary garden furniture.

The village is located between Albi and Millau, not far from Lacaune and Salvetat sur Agout, near Lake Laouzas. Located in the middle of the mountains, summer nights remain pleasant with mild temperatures, even on the hottest days.

Outside, you can enjoy a large naturally shaded terrace, garden furniture, plancha, and pétanque court.

Nestled in the Haut Languedoc Park between the Southern town of Castres (40 minutes) and world heritage site of Albi (50 minutes) this cosy cottage is hidden away in the beautiful and largely undiscovered Vallée de Gijou. As an ex-restaurateur I can provide breakfast, lunches, picnics and dinners on order.
