I am located in the heart of Belmont, at the end of an enclosed garden. I have a garage on the ground floor, you will love my kitchen-dining room-living room on the ground floor. On the 1st floor you will find my large master suite, the games room and the bathroom and finally the space dedicated to children on the 2nd floor. You will appreciate the proximity to the shops and facilities of the village (grocery store, bakery, restaurants, swimming pool, health course, city stadium...).

Holiday home, built in 1977. Well maintained. It offers a lovely garden with unobstructed views of the village of Belmont sur Rance below. It is exposed to the Southeast. The house can easily accommodate up to 5 people. I open the rooms depending on the number of guests. Bedrooms are upstairs. Kitchen, toilet, bathroom, living room and living room on the ground floor.
