A 1km de la plage du Vallion et a moins de 10km de St Malo/Dinard. BUS ligne 5 à moins de 100m qui vous fera faire le tour de St Malo jusqu'à Cancale. Ce bel appartement est équipé pour maximum 4 personnes ( linge de lit et serviettes compris ). Cuisine entièrement équipée. Entrée autonome avec boitier sécurisé. Wifi/Fibre Bon séjour !

Petit gîte entre terre et mer

Nous sommes la première maison (ou la dernière selon l’endroit d’où on arrive) d’un petit hameau très calme entre Dinan (à 20 mn) et Saint Malo (à 15 mn). Le gîte est un studio totalement indépendant sur notre propriété. Il est accessible par un escalier et est sans vis à vis. Il dispose d’un jardin privatif, lui aussi sans aucun vis à vis, avec table et chaises, parasol, table basse et transats, barbecue... La piscine, chauffée à 28 degrés n’est ouverte que l’été, du 26 juin au 6 septembre.

En 15 minutes de voiture vous serez à Saint-Malo intramuros ou à Dinard; en 30 minutes à Cancale, Dinan ou au Mont Saint-Michel, et en trois-quart d'heures au cap Fréhel.
