In a green & quiet setting of a magnificent 15th century castle located at the entrance of our beautiful medieval city of Dinan, you will stay in a 54 m2 loft apartment on the ground floor of the main building. You will discover its magnificent monumental fireplace and you will fall in love with this authentic building, steeped in history with all modern comforts in the heart of a beautiful 3-hectare park with its pond just a 15-minute walk from the historic center or 3 minutes by free bus.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

A private, sheltered and secure car park allows you to park your vehicle. In July and August, rental only the week from Saturday to Saturday.

This bright 51 m² duplex apartment offers exceptional panoramic sea views, two furnished terraces and direct access to the beach. Located in a luxury residence in the Minihic district, it can accommodate up to 4 people in a quiet and privileged setting. Ideal for a relaxing holiday just a stone's throw from the beach. Cleaning fees are included in the price and cover all household linen (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels).

Come and discover the Emerald Coast while staying in a fully renovated traditional Longère (Breton cottage). Ideally located near the main touristic sites: Saint-Malo (10km), Dinard (15km), Dinan (20km), Mont Saint-Michel (40km), Saint-Suliac (5km) etc. The cottage features a living area, a spacious bathroom and on bedroom with large bed 160x200). There is another smaller bedroom with a double bed.
