You will discover its magnificent monumental fireplace and you will fall in love with this authentic building, steeped in history with all modern comforts in the heart of a beautiful 3-hectare park with its pond just a 15-minute walk from the historic center or 3 minutes by free bus.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

This former fisherman's house was renovated in 2019/20. All rooms have exceptional sea views. Guests can take advantage of the living room (fully equipped kitchen, living room, lounge) and bathroom (walk-in shower) on the ground floor. Upstairs are a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom (toilet and sink). A crib and high chair on request. A small adjoining garden will allow you to eat out. Direct access to the shore.

My accommodation "les cypres" is located in the village center of Miniac Morvan. Close to all shops, it is ideally located to visit st Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne... This independent apartment has been completely renovated lately.It has a living room,a bedroom, a bathroom,toilet, a privatized room (bikes, motorcycle, etc...as well as a small terrace. We offer for rent, in the village of Saint-Georges-de-Gréhaigne, this charming farmhouse. Renovated in 2024 and with an area of 90 m², it can accommodate up to 6 guests. It consists of a pretty 45 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, 1 bathroom, separate toilet and you can enjoy an outdoor area of about 100 m². Wifi, linens and towels included, all you have to do is drop off your bags!
