This home was amazing for a relaxing week! 20 minutes walk to find the most gorgeous village full of history, restaurants, wine and shopping. I could have stayed longer. Great place for cyclists, the home in the vineyard is gorgeous and Christian was a beautiful host offering loads of info on the area including train routes to Bordeaux. A lovely experience. Beautiful setting, peaceful and quiet. Great base to explore the area, but you'll need a car! Rauzan 5 minutes down the road has everything you'll need, bakery, butchers, groceries and pizza restaurant! A great place to relax, would recommend to anyone.

We truly enjoyed staying in Maria’s wonderful home. She was very helpful and communicative and provided clear instructions for getting to the house. We would absolutely stay here again!

We loved staying at Guillaume and Celine’s beautiful house. It was situated among several beautiful vineyards. The photos matched up to reality. It was a very short walk into town. It was spotless. Very responsive. Our 10 day trip through France, it was the most unique and beautiful of the places we’ve stayed. Highly recommend it.

My brother and I stayed here for a couple of days and wished we could have stayed longer. All instructions were very clear and Suzi helpful with dropping our luggage and then a early check in when the cleaners were finished. St E is a small town and so the location on the main street (still quiet) was perfect. Walkable to everything within 15 minutes or less. Suzi was a very responsive and helpful host and the place was very clean, spacious and beautifully furnished and equipped. Could not ask for more in an Airbnb and I have stayed in many over the years. This was probably the best. As my brother said, it was the type of place that you could spend a week in and enjoy just being in the apartment which was suitable for relaxing or even working on one's computer. AJust a terrific place and a very good value as well. Can't recommend it highly enough!

The apartment is simply stunning,as shown in the photos, and very spacious. Ingrid met us at check-in, providing us with details on the apartment, neighborhood and other recommendations throughout Bordeaux. We were able to leave the doors open to catch the cool breezes for several nights and closed the doors when the noise from the street became bothersome. The earplugs made the noisy nights peaceful. The location is easily walkable to all the sights to see in Bordeaux and is surrounded by any type of store or restaurant that you could want. We loved Bordeaux and would highly recommend this apartment!

We had a wonderful stay. It is a humble apartment, but the grounds, courtyard and experience of living in an old castle created a once in a lifetime experience. The host was very kind and responsive.

Libourne and wine have a great history. There is no garden, only vines. The apartment is in the middle. It's well appointed. The bed is a sofa bed and the added mattress allows you to have a good night's sleep. You have to love the Djembe because we share the building with an association that plays African music.

Great hosts, super attentive, with delicious detail included. The studio is beautiful and superbly equipped, 100% recommended, we would return.

From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic experience. The property is the perfect place to relax and recharge, surrounded by beautiful nature with the friendliest locals around. One of the biggest highlights was having a five-star restaurant just 30 seconds away, it doesn’t get better than that! The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking, and being only a 10-minute drive from Saint-Émilion meant we could easily explore the stunning vineyards and wineries nearby. We couldn’t recommend this place more—it truly was a slice of paradise. If we could give it 10 stars, we would. We’ll definitely be back!

Odile was a fantastic host. Communication before and during was very good and her instructions were very clear. The apartment was lovely and a great base to relax and explore the town.

Agnes is a sincere, caring and attentive host. The accommodation is very well equipped and is located in a quiet and very beautiful village. I highly recommend it.

Nathaniel and Patrice have curated an exceptional guest experience. The apartment is beautifully decorated with antiques, lovely artwork and interesting objects. The location was perfect - close enough to walk everywhere but also very quiet. They thought of every amenity we could have asked for - and more. The coffee and tea station, the sweets, treats and fresh fruit were wonderful. Nathaniel was the most welcoming host we have met. He greeted us warmly even though we were delayed, he was responsive during our stay, and he met us for check out and helped with our bags. I hope to be back here again soon!

The village of Gensac is tucked away in the lovely Saint-Émilion countryside. The one-time convent feels like a special place, a quiet and peaceful retreat to return to after our days visiting Bordeaux, Saint-Émilion, Bergerac, and environs. The suite is spacious, very clean, has useful amenities, and we settled in easily. A vase of fresh flowers on the dining table and a bottle of local wine were nice touches that we especially appreciated. John was a helpful, informative, and friendly host. We enjoyed meeting him and will remember our stay there fondly. Thank you, John.
