Beautiful Villa in a nice peaceful location

Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

Jean-Pierre is a very attentive host! Always smiling, even on the phone, and very welcoming and helpful! We enjoyed the accommodation which was as described and as pictured, but we were unable to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked, which is very nice, well maintained and clean. It's close enough to everything, St Palais, Royan and Palmyre are just minutes from Jean-Pierre's. Thank you Jean-Pierre for your hospitality and kindness, we will recommend your accommodation! Hello, this is the second time I have spent time in this villa under the pine trees of Charente-Maritime. A timeless place, with the beach nearby, a place where it is good to put down your suitcases, to be consumed without moderation. The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

Quiet stay in the countryside with background music, river singing. Great for stays in a large tribe. The house is spacious, very well equipped, moreover with taste. Nothing is missing and Tony and his wife are very friendly, available and attentive. Canoes allow a safe walk to discover the environment for all ages.

The accommodation is spacious and suitable for children. The location is perfect because it's close to very beautiful beaches. Lydie is responsive and attentive. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a very good stay in Lucie's cottage, in a very quiet residential village at this time of year. We were able to enjoy the very clean and well-maintained pool. Close to the Grande Côte for the beach and walks and where we found a bike rental. The cottage is very clean, tastefully decorated, we didn't miss anything. The bedding is also very clean and the towels are good quality. In short, we will keep a good memory of this accommodation and we would not hesitate to come back.

we had a very good stay with Framboise. the house is cosy and practical. it is just about 8 minutes by bike to Le Chateaux d'Oleron. bakery and supermarket are not far away. communication with Framboise was easy and quick.

We have already booked the accommodations 3 times. and Ophelie is always very welcoming and responsive. the accommodation is perfect, quiet and close to the beach we recommend+++++

From booking our short notice stay, we had Benadettes full attention. Her communications were warm and welcoming. Her home is beautiful, tastefully furnished / decorated and comfortable. She welcomed our 2 dogs without any hesitation and told us where we could take them for walks. We will visit again and have already passed on the details to friends. A special location, a house with everything you need! The area is beautiful and you can cycle there fantastically!

Listing is as described. The location is ideal, close to the beach (be careful, lots of rocks so swimming at high tide) and access to the city center by the coastal path or the bike path. Host flexible with check in time. I recommend it.

Very well arranged space with the necessary accessories to be like at home. Quiet & peaceful place. Sébastien is very responsive and gives good advice for activities. The only small negative point (which would not be for everyone); at sunrise, a lot of light from the front door, maybe a small thing to improve otherwise it's great. I recommend it and if we come back to the area, we will not fail to come back ☺️

Number of days spent in the holiday home. Wonderfully large house with a beautiful garden. nice to enjoy the jacuzzi and the sunbeds. You can be on the beach in 10 minutes by car. Several stores within a 10-minute drive. If you are looking for a spacious holiday home where you can enjoy your privacy and a beautiful garden where you can enjoy in peace, then this house is definitely recommended.

We had a great weekend with the family at Valerie's house. The accommodation is very close to the center but quiet. The house is very nice, new with a nice garden. We were able to do everything on foot (beach, restaurants, walks, shopping). Communication was very easy because the owners live right next door. Short perfect stay!
