Benefiting from one of the most beautiful views of the Loire, this family home allows you to come and recharge your batteries (2 hours from the center of Paris by car).

At Neuteau, you won't find standard furniture or objects without a story. Each piece has been found, sanded, repainted, carefully repurposed — and most importantly, with heart. We conceived this house as a refuge, a living place, welcoming, and a reflection of who we are. We put our soul into it, as if it were our own... and we hope it will be a a little bit yours for the duration of your stay. For your safety, the exteriors of the houses are under video surveillance.

Beautiful house on a private estate

10 min from Lamotte Beuvron, in the heart of Sologne, 1h45 from Paris, our house is ideally located within a private estate, on the borders of the forest and walking trails but close to the center of the village and its shops. This house is our second home, it has been completely renovated. You will love its calm, its large 4000 m2 garden, its comfort and the warmth of its decoration. We'll be happy to share it with families or caring friends.

Sologne of the "Bontens" ponds

Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.

La Margaulte in the heart of Sologne

Renovated single-story house. You can stop there to visit the area (Chambord, Loire Castles, Beauval Zoo...) and have a pleasant stay in Sologne. The house consists of an equipped kitchen open to the living room with TV, a shower room and 2 bedrooms with storage. Bed linen is provided, but not towels. Baby equipment is available on site: baby bed, highchair, bathtub and a folding stroller.
