Beautiful house on a private estate

10 min from Lamotte Beuvron, in the heart of Sologne, 1h45 from Paris, our house is ideally located within a private estate, on the borders of the forest and walking trails but close to the center of the village and its shops. This house is our second home, it has been completely renovated. You will love its calm, its large 4000 m2 garden, its comfort and the warmth of its decoration. Sologne of the "Bontens" ponds

Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.
