This 75 m² house with unobstructed views offers a natural and soothing setting 5 minutes from Puy-en-Velay and Polignac. Completely renovated house, outdoor garden with trees and flowers. The winegrower's house includes 2 bedrooms (possibility to lend an inflatable mattress if 3 children or a cot with mattress), a kitchen/dining room, a living room, a bathroom with separate toilet and a laundry room. You will enjoy the outdoors with a terrace, balcony and garden areas.

La Garenne Gîte

Located in the center of the village with direct views of the fortress of Saint-Vidal (Very quiet medieval village 10 km from Puy-en-Velay and 13 minutes by car). The house that housed the La Garenne restaurant has been converted into a cottage on the ground floor. For a family or a couple wishing to get away from Puy-en-Velay.
