The Créolia in the heart of the valley

En plein coeur de la nature, profitez d'une suite de 45m2 rénovée en 2025 avec une salle de bain spacieuse (douche et ciel de pluie), un wc séparé et un grand espace de vie. Vous vous délasserez dans la piscine l'été (exclusivement réservée aux locataires du gîte), du 10 mai au 30/09, en écoutant les cigales et en profitant de la vue et de la tranquillité. Vous aurez accès au terrain de pétanque et au jardin de 2500m2 arboré. Idéalement situé, venez découvrir l'Ardèche dans ce cadre de paix.

La yourte mongole

Notre yourte est nichée dans la garrigue au milieu des animaux. Indépendante des autres logements, autonome et chauffée vous pourrez y loger à 4 (lit double + banquette orientale). Une terrasse privative est à votre disposition avec sa treille ombragée, une table et un salon de jardin. Située à une centaine de mètres de notre petite ferme familiale, elle est au calme. Petit-déjeuner (10€ pers, 5€/moins de 10 ans). Repas du soir (20€/adulte boisson comprise, 10€/enfant, 5€/moins de 10 ans).

Le Gîte des Vignes - 3 stars classified

Located in the countryside facing the plateau of Coiron, the cottage "Le gîte des vignes" welcomes you in great calm. Attached to the owner’s house but independent, you will have access to the swimming pool in season. Ideally located close to the cities of Privas and Montélimar, you are less than an hour from the gorges of the Ardèche, and the Vercors. At 1h30 from the sea, or the mountain, all activities are near by car. Access by train via the TGV station of Valence or Montélimar.

We welcome you to "La Coustiero" in our wonderful old village of Sauzet at the foot of the church, which will offer you a panorama ranging from the 3 peaks to Mont Ventoux. This peaceful accommodation consists of a queen size bed as well as a sofa bed for one person (or 2 children), a beautiful bathroom and a living room/kitchen area. Close to all amenities (bakery, butcher, supermarket, tobacco...) and 10 minutes from Montélimar. You can also enjoy many hikes.

Our small house will welcome you in all simplicity in the quiet of the Ardèche countryside at an altitude of 350 m (15 minutes from Montelimar). You will find everything you need, dishwasher, washing machine, connected TV, WiFi etc... (+Detail in the listing) you can enjoy the warmth of the wood fire in winter and bask in the sun in summer. Over the years we have been striving to improve its comfort, this year the bathroom has been renovated.
