Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

The house is in an ideal geographical context because it is close to the city center and at the same time in a very quiet place surrounded by greenery on the first hill of Aosta. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and the price includes all expenses including final cleaning. Ideal for summer and winter vacations, including hiking, canyoning, mountain biking, climbing, and trekking. A small spa has been recently built for the exclusive use of our guests with a separate fee for those who want to use it.

Casa Monet si trova nella collina di Saint-Vincent a circa 600 metri di altitudine; una passeggiata di 15 minuti conduce alle Terme e una di 10 vi porta in centro. L'appartamento dispone di parcheggio privato ed è composto da un ingresso, una zona giorno con angolo cottura, una camera da letto per due persone ed un bagno con doccia. Sono ben accetti animali di piccola taglia a due o quattro zampe purché ben educati.

On the ground floor, on a courtyard, there is the sleeping area with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, on the first floor a living room with fireplace, a dining room, kitchen, bathroom/laundry. A large terrace with pergola overlooks the mountains and bell towers. Very quiet, great charm.

Il nostro alloggio si trova in un tranquillo borgo di Champorcher, Verana, a pochi passi dall'imbocco per la Valle dell'Alleigne a breve distanza dal Parco del Mont Avic. A soli 2 km si raggiungono gli impianti sciistici. Il monolocale è dotato di una piccola cucina, un letto matrimoniale, un letto matrimoniale soppalcato, bagno e un balcone.

In a panoramic position a stone's throw from the Thermal Baths and the Dialysis Centre, a 10-minute walk from the historic centre. We lived in this nest for many pleasant years then, with the arrival of our son, we moved into a bigger house... but a part of our heart will always remain here :)
