The Veillon beach is a 5-minute drive away, as well as Port Bourgenay and its nautical activities. The oyster port of La Guittière and its salt marshes are 2 minutes away by car. The Sables d'Olonne SNCF station is 20 minutes away and Puy du Fou is 1 hour and 15 minutes away.

The upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms serving a balcony as well as a shower room/toilet. Bed and bath linen option possible at a price of 15/p.
