Small quiet and peaceful village, perfect for relaxing and resting. Nice house with all amenities surrounded by a beautiful garden. We were also able to enjoy a very nice indoor pool. Recommended for people who love nature.

A beautiful moment of relaxation after a long motorcycle ride. Swimming pool, fountain, lights, pleasant and well-arranged natural space. a much appreciated breakfast to start the day. i recommend it.

Quiet stay in the countryside with background music, river singing. Great for stays in a large tribe. The house is spacious, very well equipped, moreover with taste. Nothing is missing and Tony and his wife are very friendly, available and attentive. Canoes allow a safe walk to discover the environment for all ages.

The house is beautiful, the park is nice and the hosts are welcoming. Everything is together for a lovely stay at this place.

Simply Perfect. The top, very well-equipped accommodation. Great for a big family. There were 6 of us, and it's one of our best Airbnb experiences.

We had a really great stay. We enjoyed a relaxing few days by the pool. The accommodation was very clean and we found the hosts to be very friendly and communication was 10/10.

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

There are homes that we like and forget, but at Janick's, it's different, we like, we love, we appreciate the home, and above all, we don't forget it. The hosting was very warm. The house is extraordinary; it is very well arranged for people with reduced mobility. We were superbly welcomed. Everything was perfect. Janick gave us very good addresses for visits and restaurants. We highly recommend this host. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to both of you.

New housing, tastefully decorated, open to a peaceful patio that invites you to relax. Ideally located between the various beaches and a 25-minute walk from the iconic Royan market. Emmanuelle is available, warm and gives good advice.

Perfect short stay. Communication with Bernard is simple, the welcome booklet is complete, the fisherman's hut is a true haven of peace. You will have everything you need for a great vacation. The environment is pleasant, the beach, the long walks, you don't get bored in Meshers. I recommend this place.

We spent 10 days in July in this beautiful home, and our stay was fantastic. The location is ideal – in a quiet area, a few minutes' drive from the beach. We were able to enjoy the sea during the day and the comfort of the apartment in the evening. The accommodation is bright, modern and tastefully decorated, with all the essentials for a comfortable vacation. We particularly liked the large terrace, perfect for having our coffee in the morning and relaxing in the evening. Sophie, our host, was very kind and always available. Everything was impeccably clean and well organized, which made us feel welcome from the start. A great stay that we would highly recommend. We won't hesitate to come back!

We had a great time, the house is incredibly well equipped with everything you could need, very comfortable (including great sofas and TV to relax in the evening, not something that many places have strangely!) clean and beautifully furnished and decorated generally. It’s within easy walking distance of St Vivien which is a pretty village with little just enough shops and cafes and a lively Wednesday evening market where you can buy dinner. It’s also within easy driving distance of a number of lovely beaches and pretty towns like Soulac. Bothe Soulac and Montalivet also have great daily markets throughout the summer. We will definitely come back.

Great place with very good amenities. Quietly located, but not lonely. Ludovic is very friendly, had great recommendations for us and always responded very quickly. We also found that his contact person on site presented himself briefly in person, we found very likeable.
