Studio of 20m2, no smoking, bathroom with shower and equipped kitchen. Guests can take advantage of the (unheated) swimming pool to share with our family, as well as the large enclosed park, with oak trees, pine trees, albizias, olive trees and palm trees. Comfortable, well equipped on one level, attached to our dwelling house with separate and private entrance. Our village is located on the 2x2 lanes, 15 min from Mt de Marsan, 25 min from Dax, 1h from Biarritz and Bayonne, 1h30 from Spain and Bordeaux.

Beautiful cottage in the heart of nature

Relax at this fully restored 16th century gite in the heart of the 11 Ha estate, embellished with century-old oak trees. You will enjoy a soothing and serene setting 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux and the ocean beaches of Hossegor, with many walking or cycling walks, 10 minutes from all amenities. Available: table tennis, trampoline, rackets, petanque, darts, foosball. Swimming pool only in July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 12m x 6m, open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Pleasant studio in the countryside

Ideally located in the countryside in Bas-Mauco in the Landes, less than 5 minutes from Saint-Sever, and 15 minutes from Mont-de-Marsan. Pleasant 25 m² studio, fully furnished with taste, adjoining our property, with separate and private entrance, composed of: - Equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, stove, utensils) - Bedroom with 160 x 200 bed - Bathroom - Separate toilet - Smart TV and Wi-Fi - Small private outdoor area. Touraine and its small private garden

Studio, outside flood zone, single-story, fully equipped, located in Tartas, Landais village. 20 minutes from Dax and Mont-de-Marsan. Perfect for a vacation, for a stopover, or a business trip. Guests can enjoy a small private garden without overlooking for outdoor dining. Local shops are accessible, 5 minutes' walk. (supermarket, bakery, bank, pharmacy) I strive to make every effort to ensure that you do not miss anything during your stay.

Your space is on the ground floor, we live upstairs. The room opens onto a large terrace at your disposal for sunny days. Coffee, tea, and infusions available. Wi-Fi connection NON-SMOKING – please go to the terrace. We will be happy to advise you during your stay!

Christophe and Jessica welcome you to a pleasant room of 18 m2, with independent access, private bathroom and toilet. Located in St Pierre du Mont in a residential area close to all shops, 10 min from the train station and downtown Mont de Marsan. For your comfort, you have parking, private terrace and dining area, equipped with microwave, kettle, coffee maker (Senseo), and fridge. Linens are provided. WiFi and TV connection.

Le gîte de Petit Bon: 7 min from Lake Arjuzanx!

Enjoy a very special holiday in a haven of quietness! This 110m2 barn will stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter thanks to thermal insulation works completed in 2022 :-) On the edge of the Arjuzanx Reserve, where you can swim and practice nautical activities in the summer, and watch the crane migration in winter... The ocean beaches (Mimizan, Contis, Lespecier...) are 45min away by car.

This independent studio is part of our main residence, and we are delighted to make it available to you. Guests can enjoy the quiet of the studio's private terrace, pool, and barbecue. The accommodation is 2 kilometers from the city center of Mont de Marsan and 5 minutes from the main roads for your excursions (Beach 1 hour 10 minutes/Spain 1 hour 30 minutes). Secure parking on site. Baby bed.
